Best 6 Easy Ways To Boost Your Personal Efficiency Now

We all want to become better, that’s for sure. I bet you’re reading this line because your pursuit of excellence has led you to me. Now that we’ve met, I’d like to propose the following:

My work is different – I’m not a guru, I’m not here to improve you, and I’m not here to make you believe something. I am here because I’m the bird who sings its song without any expectations. If you care to stop and listen to me, you do so because you appreciate the beauty of the song.

Becoming a superhuman or improving your personal efficiency up to skyrocketing levels requires you to do stuff.

As far as I see it, there are several primordial aspects that one must assume and acknowledge before working on complicated aspects.

Here are 6 things you truly need to consider and apply if you really want to create long-lasting change in your personal efficiency. Start small but aim high.

1.    Meditation

First of all, you must understand what meditation really is. There’s a lot of mumbo-jumbo everywhere around the internet, so many of us don’t really understand what true meditation is.

Meditation is a state, not an activity that you must schedule. We are meditating every time we silence our thoughts and engage in the present moment. It is THAT simple.

As Mark Farley, the founder of a popular assignment help enterprise suggests, “All you have to do is start observing what’s going on around you and your body. Use your eyes as tools for vision, your nose as a tool for smelling, your ears as a tool for sound, and activate all your other senses like touch, emotions, and vibration.”

I would add an important remark…

Don’t focus on removing the thoughts. Many people make a true effort to stop their thoughts on command. That’s a trap that leads you nowhere. Instead, focus on your senses and on “now”.

2.    Knowledge of personal efficiency

“Knowledge is power” – you’ve heard it, I heard it, and our neighbors must have heard it too. It has a different meaning for each of us, yet for the wise ones, knowledge is everything.

At one point or another, you’ll understand this statement better, and it will mark the beginning of a new stage in your life.

Life’s all about lessons and growth. The moment you stop, you stop fueling what keeps you alive. For example, do you fail to do something in life? Do you fail to be disciplined or to stick to your goals? It means you do not have sufficient knowledge on how to remove the bad beliefs & habits. It means that you don’t have the “weapons” to fight back. When you embrace the knowledge that’s sitting up for grabs, your life will immediately change and your personal efficiency will boost.

3.    Harmony

Let me ask you a question. Do you live in harmony with yourself?

Simply put…Do you feel what you think?

Or…do you do what you feel?

Or…do you do what you think and feel?

Here’s the simple definition of love/balance/freedom/harmony:

Thoughts + Emotions + Actions. If they are aligned, there will be harmony. If they’re not aligned, there will be suffering.

Right now, most of us experience an internal anarchy because our thoughts, emotions, and actions are in disharmony.

You can get out of this state by simply becoming the ruler of your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Become sovereign and an internal monarch of your world and you’ll be happy and free.

4.    Self-Discovery

There are many points in life when our needs completely change. We first desire to achieve material abundance. Money, fame, power, status…that’s the standard. But then, we will hardly be delighted by the things that we’ve accomplished.

We’ll start seeking other types of experiences. We’ll start studying literature, art, history, and so on. But once we’re done with that, the process repeats.

Eventually and hopefully, we’ll start seeking true knowledge, which is the knowledge of the self. We will realize that we had it all, right here, in our own minds.

5.    Intention

They call it the law of attraction. Simply put, what you intend to happen, it will eventually happen. However, it will hardly happen if your thoughts, emotions, and actions are not sitting in balance, because you actually need to take action to develop new things here, on the physical plane.

How can you change any procrastination state, laziness, belief?

You start with the intention first. You start caring about the thing that you want to happen. Once you know and visualize what will happen, start taking action!

6.    Attachment

Don’t become attached to anything – people, feelings, thoughts, objects, states…they’re all going to trap you.

According to Buddha, the attachment is the root of all evil and the biggest block to self-realization, and that’s become when you conclude something, you make it real, and it will eventually impact you in the future.

If there are no conclusions, every experience will feel like “new”. The past represents our illusions of what happened while the future represents the illusion of what will happen. The present moment is the only thing that matters. Stay there and your attachments will soon go away.

Takeaways

So, as you may notice, there are many powerful actions you can take to arrive where you want. If you care, save this post somewhere on your desktop and keep revisiting it every now and then. Reflect on the topics discussed here and try to see the bigger picture.

Lastly, remember to keep it simple. After all, we’re all playing our individual game. Once you realize that what you’re doing is simply playing, your fear will suddenly vanish and there will be no more irrelevant suffering. You will be free and ready to conquer your world.

Every single one of us is and always will be searching for the secret that will reveal to us how to live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life. A life that is worth living. But not many of us will discover this secret in their lifetime, and that is simply because there is not only one universal secret.

Instead, everyone is supposed to find out what is making them happy, healthy and fulfilled on their own. We all are individuals living and working to accomplish different tasks and aims that make us happy with who we are.

Well, although we cannot reveal this secret for you, we can offer you something else. Something that is bound to make you happy, healthy and more fulfilled. In the following article, we will share 7 positive habits that you should adopt if you are interested in improving the quality of your life, which you are going to find here.

The 7 positive habits that will improve the quality of your life

1. Think positive

We are all surrounded by our negative thoughts. We are thinking that we do not have what it takes to change or take on bigger things to surround ourselves in our days to come. Negative thoughts are exactly what has been making us unhappy. We can never live a happy, fulfilled life if we keep on surrounding ourselves with this kind of thoughts.

So go on and change that. Make a habit to surround yourself and your dearest only with positive thoughts. Only positive thinking will give you the strength to change your life quality and make it better. And you have to start by believing in yourself and not making yourself smaller in the eyes of the others around you.

 2. Do not hit the snooze button

Forget that the snooze button even exists and start getting up in the morning at the exact time that you set the night before. Support the decision that you have made the night before and get out of bed as soon as you hear that sound that your alarm clock makes.

Surely you have made the plan to get up at a certain time so that you would have enough time to complete all the tasks that require your attention before you leave for work. So do exactly that. Get up from the bed, stretch your muscles and start your day right.

3. Forget about skipping breakfast

Breakfast might as well be the most important meal of the day. When prepared properly, it gives your body all of the energy that it needs to jump-start the day. Will keep you energized enough to feel great from the beginning to the end of the day. A proper, quality breakfast usually consists of lots of fibers, vitamins, minerals, and proteins.

From easy to prepare for a bit more time consuming, you can find all sorts of recipes online. Use them to give you an opportunity to prepare a delicious meal to start your day. And what should follow after you are done eating breakfast? How about a quick meditation session to gain all of the health benefits of meditation?

4. Meditate in the mornings

Meditation is a powerful technique that will bring a lot of health benefits into your life. It will give the chance to feel happier with who you are. Make a habit for yourself to practice a quick session of 15 minutes of meditation in the morning after you are done having your breakfast.

Meditation has been proven to have far too many beneficial effects. This includes lower stress levels, increased metabolism, increased happiness and self-awareness, improved concentration. It even reduces the speed of the aging process among many other beneficial effects.

5. Drinking enough water

Water is the one drink that you should never skip. Eight glasses of water are what your body craves to go through the day hydrated and healthy. Yet not many people respect this given rule. Create a habit of drinking enough water and keeping your body and mind refreshed and alerted with this delicious and inexpensive drink.

Perhaps you can add a few lemon and cucumber slices to your water or even a cinnamon stick to improve its taste if you are not a fan of the plain taste. The important thing is for you to use the health benefits of drinking water on a daily basis.

6. Take a quality moment for yourself

Remember that, no matter how busy you may be, you have to take some time off for yourself. It might be to take a long, relaxing shower, or to drink a cup of tea alone in some peace. Or it can be to kick back and listen to your favorite songs.

Moreover, it is essential that this activity makes you happy and that will bring a smile to your face. Taking at least 15 minutes out of 24 hours just for yourself is possible. You have to figure out the right schedule that will allow you to do so.

7. Get enough sleep

Yes, sitting in front of the TV, drinking wine and eating your favorite snacks is one of the perfect ways to finish a busy day. However, this is also one of the many things that leave us with not enough sleep night after night.

Taking some of the best sleep aid supplements is welcomed, however, what will help you the most is giving your body and mind a break. Spend at least 7 to 8 hours getting quality sleep. Only that way, you will wake up with a smile on your face and no need to push the snooze button ever again.

Conclusion

You cannot change your life or yourself all at once. But what you can do is take on a new, positive habit every once in a while. Do it until you have successfully gotten rid of all those negative habits that might be the reason why you are feeling unhappy with who you are. That is why, in today’s article, you can find 7 of the best positive habits that you can use to improve the quality of your life.

These habits might seem as pretty simple but do not get fooled. All these habits are quite powerful and able to make a significant change in your life. You have to be willing to adopt them and feel the changes for yourself.

Why Self-Love Is a Key to Success and it Helps You Grow

If someone were to ask you the following question, what would your answer be?

How much do you love yourself?

The answer to this question belongs only to you, and the importance is much higher than you believe. Self-love can have a grand impact on the choices you make in life, the things you are inviting in, and the effect you have on other people.

‘Your life is your own creation. Living on the basis of self-criticism will never bring you to improvement. If you want to achieve the things you aim for, you must learn to love yourself’ – explains Luke Megaton, a psychology writing expert at UK BestEssays.

For those who believe that criticizing yourself is essential to becoming successful, here is the truth behind the two choices:

Self-Love vs. Self-Criticism

Criticizing oneself is a choice, a tendency people have. Many of us see criticism as a tool essential for our improvement since the idea pushes us to live up to our higher standards.

But, what if I told you that you have been wrong all along? Instead of helping you become better, self-criticism makes you akin to sabotage your dreams and goals.

Without self-love, you can only hurt your productivity and performance. By doing this, you are hurting your well-being.

Self-Criticism Holds You Back

Here is how criticizing yourself reflects on your life

  • Self-criticism will make you focused on your flaws and decrease your confidence
  • Self-criticism builds on your fear of failure, which will make you give up easy and lead to rushed decisions
  • When you criticize yourself on regular basis, you are very unlikely to learn from the mistakes you are making

Yes, criticism may be beneficial for you in some cases, but you must find your own limit. As Alexander Pope once said: ‘’To err is human, to forgive, divine’’.

Self-Love Helps You Grow

  • Increases your motivation
  • Boosts your perspective and improves your decision-making skills
  • Self-love improves your relationships by making you happier and more confident
  • Self-love decreases depression and anxiety and boosts your psychological health
  • Makes you resilient, which helps you raise from failure and learn from the mistakes you make

Loving yourself is the best thing you can do to achieve great things in life. Starting with feeling good to looking confident in the eyes of others, you must learn how to love yourself more, and criticize yourself less.

Learning to Apply Self-Love in Your Life

Believe it or not, self-love is a learnable thing. There are so many things in life that will make you feel less worthy than you are. Some of these could decrease your self-confidence and make you judge your decisions.

Sometimes this will be beneficial and help you change the bad things. Although in most cases, letting others kill your self-love is the worst thing you can do.

If you want to improve your life and well-being, here is how you apply and grow self-love in your life.

1.      Find your mantra

Have you heard the word mantra’? To fight the stillness and anxiety, practice some meditation and find your mantra. Once you do, return to it every time you need a little boost. It helps you grow your inner peace and empower you.

2.      Get yourself some alone time

It is as simple as that – if you want to love yourself, find the time to love yourself. Whether it is a warm, calming bath before bed or drinking your favorite hot chocolate in front of the TV, get yourself some alone time. During this time, love yourself and nobody else.

3.      Find support

There will be times in life when you are struggling – we all have such times. However, just because you are having a rough patch doesn’t mean that you should do it alone.

We all need people in our lives, but not just any people. People who value us as individuals, and are positive. Such people will help you get through hard times and grow your qualities.

4.      Let yourself be vulnerable

Open up to others, no matter how hard it seems. People spend days and years keeping things to themselves, only to let these things out at the worst time possible. Set some time aside to be vulnerable with the people you love. Seeing people who love you will help you love yourself more.

5.      Notice yourself

In times of challenge and doubts, notice yourself. Instead of criticizing your every move when things go bad, seek the positive things you have. We all have them. It makes us grow and develop even more.

Put yourself in the shoes of people who love and admire you, and notice yourself from that position. Who do you see?

6.      Write to yourself

Yes, as ridiculous as it sounds, writing to yourself works. You can write yourself a letter or start a diary, but the important thing is to keep the conversation between you and yourself.

Talk to yourself as if you are talking to your dearest friend. Advise ‘your friend’ in tough times and tell them everyone can make mistakes. You can comfort yourself instead of attacking yourself, same as your best friend would do.

7.      Make a gratitude list

What are you grateful for? Write down five to ten things you are grateful for each day. It is very simple but very beneficial for your well-being and motivation. If you want to increase your self-love, give yourself good reasons to love yourself.

It can be something as simple as seeing a friend you haven’t seen in a while or eating your favorite ice cream on your day off. Just think of the things you feel grateful for.

Practicing your self-life can make all the difference in your life decisions and success. If you learn to stray from criticism and aim towards appreciating and loving yourself, you can grow and achieve more than you ever hoped for!

3 M’s Help You Reach Your New Year’s Resolutions and Goals

2017 has left many of us wanting more in our lives. From political to social unrest, we all want to have a more positive and compassionate 2018. According to Psychology Today, the number one New Year’s resolution this year is “be kind.” That’s something to be encouraged by.

We all need a little more kindness in the world. This goal will take just as much work to achieve as any of your other resolutions. Habits and mindsets don’t just happen overnight. You need to put in the work if you want to achieve your dreams and goals.

Fortunately, there are many methods and techniques that will help you find and stay on the path to success. By following the 3 M’s: Mantras, Meditation and Music the goal of a more positive 2018 will certainly be reached. Let’s get started!

Mantras

Words have an incredible amount of power over people. Just a few words can either motivate someone or tear them down, even holding sway over your body’s healing processes. The words you say and hear are crucial to the achievement of your goals.

This is where mantras come in. A mantra is a phrase you repeat to yourself either silently or out loud. By saying these words several times each day, you remind yourself of your goals on a continual basis. It helps to put a written form of your mantra somewhere you regularly look at, such as on the wallpaper of your cell phone or your mirror.

When faced with a decision you have to make, your phrase will be right where you need. It will help you make the right choices to reach your dreams. The most important thing about your mantra is that it must ring true to you and what you’re trying to achieve. It won’t help you to mutter a phrase over and over again that does nothing to lift your soul.

So choose carefully and know that there’s the perfect mantra out there for you. It’s also useful to schedule this practice, even down to putting it on your calendar if you have a busy lifestyle, like one of a student. Keep in mind how many times you would like to say your mantra a day and at what time you will do it. Also, consider if you want to keep this practice for a set amount of days or if you want this practice to last your life.

Meditation

Meditation is a great practice on its own and in conjunction with saying your mantras. Meditating is not only beneficial for your physical and mental health, but also for accomplishing your goals. This practice trains your mind to focus on what you want to achieve and puts you in the right mindset to succeed. The first step is to relax your body so you’re able to focus on nothing else but your breath.

Concentration can escape you if you’re in a tense state. After a few minutes of focusing on your breathing, take the time to say your mantra out loud. By repeating your mantra, you will continue to calm down and prepare yourself for the next and most important step: Manifesting.

Manifesting is when you visualize your dreams and make them into reality. When you come to this part of your meditation practice, picture in your mind what it would look like when you accomplish your goal. Be as specific as you can be.

Even simple details, like the clothes you’ll wear and what you’ll smell, will be beneficial to you in realizing your dreams. By continually imagining success, you will grow more conscious of the opportunities and choices you can make that will lead you closer to your aspirations.

Music

Much like words, music can make us feel an array of emotions. It’s even used to improve mental health. Your favorite tunes can help you get into the zone and encourage you to chase your dreams. However, not all music is created equal. Some types of music increase productivity, while others don’t.

Although research has shown that people who listen to music while working are faster at getting their jobs done and are more creative in their thinking, there are genres of music that actually hinder mental processes. While classical music, nature sounds, and epic soundtracks are known to improve concentration and motivation, music with words has been proven to have the opposite effect.

Just how talking to people can distract you from completing a task at hand, music with lyrics can do much of the same thing. Instead of playing in the background, the words of a song can play the leading role and steal your attention away from what you’re trying to achieve. The simpler the music structure of a soundtrack is, the better.

Music with too many chords can be just as distracting as lyrics. Choice also seems to play a role in whether or not music helps or hinders your progress to your dream. When you’re the one choosing to listen to music, you will receive the benefits mentioned before. However, if you were not given the choice to listen, the songs you hear can impede you.

Conclusion

No matter what your resolutions are this year, a more positive 2018 is within your grasp. By repeating mantras, meditating and listening to music, your chances of completing your goals rises exponentially. So for this New Year, follow the three M’s to experience a marvelous 2018.

Surroundings of negative people dominate your negative thoughts whereas adopting a company of positive people has a great impact on the thoughts and values of a person. The more positivity you have in your life, the brighter the world around you will become.

The minds of people who do not have any priorities, goals, and ambitions are like houses without residents.  No or wrong priorities contribute to the development of negative thoughts in minds.

5 Habits to Help You Stay in Present Moment in Everyday Life

Living in the present is a goal most people have tried to re-commit to, but it’s a lot easier said than done. Most of us spend a lot of our time reflecting on the past (the good and the bad) and planning or worrying about the future. The ability to stay in the present moment is rare, and it takes a lifetime of practice.

Rare are the times we’re truly aware of the awesome moments as they unfold. It’s why most people say their wedding day and other major events “fly by.” Fortunately, for some events, we know how important it is to have photographs and videos. Hence the massive wedding industry promotions. It’s great to preserve those memories, but they’re still in the past. How can we actually stay in the present moment on a daily basis?

Here are five habits to help you hone present-moment living and shake off the negativity that can come with trying to stay in the present moment or future:

1. Actively take note of what’s happening at the moment

Tapping all your senses including the tastes, smells, textures, what you hear and what you see is one of the best ways to pull yourself back to the present. It isn’t easy. However, the influx of experiential marketing showcases that as humans we’re hungry for full-sensory experiences. We’re so used to just energizing a few senses that the others are desperate for attention. Throughout the day, take note of what your senses are discovering, and you’ll be whisked to stay in the present moment.

2. Try meditation

Meditation isn’t easy and “true meditation” means you’re living in the moment with zero to minimal distractions. There’s a reason meditation guides will so often remind you that, “If you feel yourself getting distracted, simply acknowledge it and bring yourself back.” We’re both in need of more sensory experiences and always trying to distract ourselves.

Meditation doesn’t require any special equipment, and you don’t need to force yourself to sit for hours in vain. A few minutes per day, preferably in the morning and night, is a great help. There are also countless tools from candle gazing to guided tapes.

3. Tackle your technology addiction

Most of us struggle with some form of technology dependence. Download an app that keeps track of how often you check your phone to give yourself a reality check. Make a pact with loved ones that when you’re together during certain events, such as dinner or a date, phones are on airplane mode.

Technology is a major distraction and can do more harm than good when we depend on it too much. How can you lessen technology usage in your life?

4. Get in touch with nature

Whether you live in a metropolitan or a rural area, you’ll be able to find green spaces that help you get centered. Check out parks, nearby trails, or take short day trips to the great outdoors. Forest bathing is a way of connecting with nature on a deeper level. Leave the phones at home and make yourself aware of the awesomeness of your surroundings. Nature is a natural antidote to living in the past or future.

5. Start writing

Whether it’s starting a journal or writing a handwritten letter to surprise a loved one, writing forces our brain to focus and slow down. Our brains tend to work faster than our hands, which is why so many studies have shown that writing things down helps us remember them better than typing.

For a double whammy, write positive affirmations and work towards cognitive reconditioning of your self-talk. Penmanship is also a fading skill, and if we don’t use it, we lose it. Focusing on bettering penmanship is an easy, accessible, and fruitful goal that also has calming and meditative properties.

Living in the present isn’t a resolution that requires waiting until the New Year. Know that you’ll slip up, but making it an active goal on a daily basis will get you closer to living a calmer, more joyful life. What can you do right now to make the most of this moment?

Reduce Stress By Positive Thinking. This Guide Will Help You

Have you been feeling empty and tired recently? Okay, these are the first signs of coming depression. Not to develop it to the full extent, you need to get out from the darkness and come back to the light of life. We know what you need to cure the upcoming disease – positive thinking! If you wish to find out how to reduce stress by positive thinking, then keep on reading!

Stop Negative Self-Talk

Everyone talks to oneself, right? The point is how you do that in various situations. For example, you failed the exam in college. The first thing that comes to your mind has to be probably: “I am useless” or “I failed it again.” Guess what? This is a completely wrong way of thinking. You should get rid of such thoughts right away!

Instead, you have to forgive yourself and motivate for the future: “Next time, I will do better,” or “It is okay to make mistakes. I have still passed the test though the score is not the best.” If you are feeling the depression is coming, change the strict attitude to yourself by comforting kind words.

Be Grateful

You should always be grateful to everything that surrounds you. In the period of upcoming depression, you should remind yourself of how grateful you are even more. To embrace a more positive attitude, you have to stop for a moment and see how much you have: the loving family, the opportunity to study in college, two arms and two legs that allow you to function fully, and many other things.

To understand clearer what you should be grateful for, write down all the things you have, both material and nonmaterial, and smile when the list is over. Why smile? Because there are many things you should say “Thank you” for when you wake up each morning!

Positive Thinking Meditation

If you do not feel that anything mentioned above helps, then try positive thinking meditation each day. 20 minutes a day will be enough – concentrate on positive thoughts and observe yourself from outside.

Make slow deep breaths and reflect on something that brings you joy – it might be the sunny day at the sea or walking with your dog or spending time with your funny friends. Reflect on how much joy it brings you and smile inside and out.

If you try and think positive, stress will never appear in your life again! Can you not think positive because you are overloaded with tedious essays? Relax! Have a look at our editing services for students and get back to meditation!

Laugh More

Laughter is an amazing thing that is able to reduce the stress and make our lives longer. If you do not find any reason to laugh in your everyday life, just look at its funniest part!

First of all, you should surround yourself with people who are able to make you laugh. If you do not have any, watch the comedies on TV or enter the groups on Facebook that will post one joke per day minimum. After waking up, visit the group, read the joke, and get the positive vibes for the rest of the day. How to find the correct group? Well, do you love the animals? Then, enter the group 9GAG Cute where funny videos with adorable pets are posted. Seriously, you will not be able to resist and not laugh and melt looking at the cute puppies and kittens.

Justify the Person’s Bad Behavior

Each time you hear something negative directed at you, do not take it personally. The polite and thoroughbred person will never say anything nasty to anyone. If the person still does something bad, you need to understand that s/he might be upset or angry, s/he might be going through the relationship crisis, or someone is sick in his/her family.

The person says it to lash out and not to hurt anyone. Plus, you might misinterpret his/her intentions and understand him/her wrong. You need to think positively and say to yourself: “I simply misunderstood him/her. S/he did not mean what s/he said,” or “This person had a bad day – I should not feel grumpy about what s/he said.”
Think positive and do not allow anyone to ruin your day!

5 Good Reasons to Start Your Day with Morning Meditation

Meditation is one of the most delightful ways to start our mornings with. Don’t get me wrong, doing this activity anytime during the day can be beneficial for both our mental and physical health, but mornings have a special vibe to them!  Breathing in, breathing out, and letting ourselves go with the flow is just easier in the mornings, right after our good night’s sleep.

There are a lot of people who include meditation in their morning routines, which I personally find it smart to do. You don’t really need more than five to ten minutes to meditate if you really focus on your thinking. Get rid of distractions and just be yourself, alone, with your thoughts.

So why mornings? Whenever we wake up, we feel powerful and determined to begin our day, don’t we? Pressing stop on that ‘strength’ and letting our feelings flow will release the pressure of ‘having to go through the day.’ If we meditate in the morning and truly understand what is that we desire from ourselves during the day, the pressure of ‘being good enough’ will go away. We are going to be thankful for the opportunity to live, and no more. Isn’t this a great way to begin our day? Take a look at the following reasons to start your day meditating and give it a try, will you?

1. No distractions

Mornings are known for their quietness and stillness. When we wake up, the world around us seems to be so static, so motionless. It’s like we stopped time, and we are alone on our little planet. That is why meditation during this time of the day is so beneficial.

Our minds and bodies are going to respond to the stillness, and together they will create the perfect environment for our meditation. That happens neither at lunch nor in the evening. During the day, everything moves so quickly, most of the times leaving no room for us to focus on our own thoughts.

2. Choose spiritual over material

So many people believe that drinking a cup of coffee in the morning and having a good breakfast will keep them going through the day. While it might be true for some, my experience has taught me the opposite. If I do not think about myself in the morning, when will I do it? Coffee, food, TV shows… they are all just material things which lack relevance if our minds are not doing well.

For me, developing spiritually little by little every day brings me lots of benefits, while “developing materialistically” would probably keep me at the same spiritual level. As a writer at writing service, I can’t stop developing spiritually – I need to stay in “spiritual” shape for my clients, who need me all the time. Interacting with people every second of the day can be overwhelming, that is why I need to concentrate on myself in the morning. Help yourself so you can help others, right?

3. Meditation means better focus

As you already know, you will focus as much as possible on your thoughts during the sessions. This creates a very good habit for the future. While the hustle and bustle of the city doesn’t seem to be affecting us, it subconsciously makes us lose concentration and focus on our actions.

If you want to stay focused throughout your day, meditation is your best friend. Practicing it will develop new skills for you, and will teach you many interesting life coping techniques.  Just take a deep breath, and explore your mind.

4. No more useless stress

I am pretty sure I am not the only one in here stressing over life. We have so many things in our mind all the time that sometimes, the glass just becomes full. That is when we know we need to take a break, or quit our job, or just enjoy endless relaxation. Unfortunately, this is not how life works. While some of you are able to leave your offices whenever you want to, for us the best things don’t look so bright. That is why we need to find a balance in our lives in order to fully enjoy it.

Through meditating I found the balance I needed in my life, and I am very happy I chose it. Meditating each morning made me understand that stressing over different matters won’t change anything. Taking a deep breath and finding solutions will. Meditation clears your mind and opens new perspectives. It clarifies the meaning of life and defines problems as easily solvable. Don’t even get me started on how I have no more headaches thanks to this awesome practice!

5. Increasing awareness

I could spend days talking on this subject. There are just so many things out there to discover, and few humans choose to search for them. I know, it’s easier to stay in our comfort zones and relax, but how are we evolving if we are not seeking new answers? Self-awareness increases confidence, motivation, and understanding of the world itself. This makes us aware of all the decisions we take, therefore raising satisfaction.

More awareness means more consciousness about your life, and more consciousness means better decisions!

Wrapping-Up

Try to incorporate meditation into your morning routine. Wake up 10 minutes earlier than usual and start working on your spirituality. Drink a good coffee after, and think about the reasons you are doing this – aren’t they clearer now? Keeping both mentally and physically healthy is going to bring numerous advantages for you. So enjoy this wonderful and unique experience, and lose the overwhelming feeling of stress!

Magic Sparkles of Happiness: Exactly in This Moment

Chapter 1 ~ Exactly in this moment

“I felt my lungs inflate with the onrush of the scenery – air, mountains, trees, people. I thought, “This is what it is to be happy.” – Sylvia Plath

Exactly in this moment the other part of the Earth is sleeping. Millions of people are just sleeping, in this moment, in millions of beds. All of them are breathing, slowly, dreaming millions of dreams.

Exactly in this moment something fabulous is happening somewhere and I don’t know about it and cannot even picture it in my mind. I want, at least, to visualize this picture. Because I know that I will never see it for real.

Exactly in this moment tones of hair are being caressed by someone’s hand all around the world.

Exactly in this moment thousands of kids are given births by their mothers, and I will never see all these small, full of life babies.

Exactly in this moment billions of leaves stay up on trees. Billions of leaves are moving in the wind all around the world. Take a moment and picture this.

Exactly in this moment millions of hearts are just beating.

Now! Just Now! Now again! And now! And now! And now! Now! Now! Millions of them!
There are so much more than 10 hearts, so much more than 100 hearts, so much more than 1,000 hearts, and so much more than 10,000 hearts!
In this exact moment! It is so amazing! I will never see with my own eyes, in reality, all these constant beatings, all the hearts in the world beating in a certain moment in time. At least I can use my imagination to picture in my mind this process and is so majestic.
I just want to be so quiet as I can right now. Who knows, maybe when I am quiet, enough, I can hear the hearts beating.

Exactly in this moment so many kids are smiling.

They are just smiling right now. No matter what events are happening now in the world, there are these kids smiling, everywhere, who I will never see with my own eyes, but they are there, playing most probably.

I can visualize them in my mind that they are smiling and playing. And some of them are actually laughing. So many children laughing, exactly while I’m writing these words! Exactly now! They are just laughing right now! Such a nerve for them to do this in every moment when there is so much sadness and grief in the world.

Therefore in the same moment pure happiness and deep grief always exist on Earth.

My present happiness depends on what part of the world I am directing my thoughts. My focus adds energy to the pure energy, the laughs of children or the grief of adults. I choose the awareness I am focusing on. Therefore should I focus only on the laughs or only on the grief?

It would be smart to choose to focus on the awareness that in every moment both actually exist. If I am insisting on focusing too much on grief, I neglect (being ignorant) of the happiness that exist in the same moment with the grief.

Should I focus only on the happiness, ignoring grief? No, because I would never understand and own compassion. But I understand and own gracefully compassion because I see with my right eye the grief and with my left eye the happiness. I am not ignorant of either one. And I will have more chances of bringing happiness where there is grief.

Exactly in this moment so many people are breathing.

All living humans are breathing now. Exactly now, people are taking air in their lungs and getting the air outside from their lungs back into the outside world! We are breathing the same air. All of us! On Earth!
I am so grateful trying to picture all these people breathing. Maybe I imagine kids playing with their breaths because they might think it’s funny.
A kid could ask his mother: “What is this, Mom?” And he shows to the mother how he is breathing. The mother smiles and says: “It’s called breathing, and we all do this. Our lungs help us do it. You will do this all your life, remember to do it with joy, and deeply.”
Well, maybe she doesn’t say the last part or maybe it crossed her mind but didn’t say it. Like it happens to me sometime and to you certainly now, because you read this words.

Exactly in this moment thousands of apples are being eaten.

Other thousands of apples are washed exactly now so that they can be eaten in few seconds from now. Hundreds of people are baking an apple pie exactly in this moment. Can you sense the smell of all these apple pies?
Can you picture the joy of each person waiting for the apple pie to be baked? Exactly in this moment other thousands of people of different ages are eating an apple pie that has baked before. They are enjoying every bite, they are biting from it now, and again, just now, they are doing it.
You cannot stop them from eating the apple pie. You cannot stop them from being happy doing it. And again they are biting from the apple pie just now, far away in the world, in which place you and I never know.

Exactly in this moment thousands of people are sneezing.

You can take your time when you want and say “Bless you” or “Good luck” to them whenever you have a free day.
But the time of a day will not be enough. I am kidding, don’t do that. Picture it! Whenever you say you are bored and don’t know what to do, you can just take some moments to say “Bless you” to all the people that are sneezing in every moment. You will never know which ones sneezed. All you know is that they do it, somewhere in the world.

Exactly in this moment…

… millions of animals of every kind, all around the world, are stretching their bodies and yawning. Little new born animals are yawning now. Pets like dogs and cats, from different houses are stretching happy and satisfied. Do birds stretch? I don’t know, maybe we should do a research on this.

Millions of people’s faces just smile exactly in this moment for whatever reason.

They smile with different cheeks, eyes and mouth. And when you think of it, in every moment of our life there will always be at least one million people smiling in the world. And you can never stop them from doing that, and you can never know which one smiled in which moment.
When someone else in another part of the world is reading this book exactly now, and wonders who is smiling now, and you are smiling now, then you could tell to that person that you are one of the million people that are smiling now.  Just that you don’t know who is reading this book now. So you will never know who thought of you right now.

Exactly in this moment millions of people are changing their clothes; are dressing to go somewhere. Exactly in this moment a lot of people are washing their bodies all around the world.

Millions of ladies are painting their nails exactly in this moment.

And you can be confident that all the colours are being used exactly now for the nail polish. I am sure that there is no colour that is not being used by a lady, somewhere, just now, painting with it her nails.

Thousands of men are shaving their face right now, very carefully. Other thousands of men and women are spraying perfume on their bodies just now. It smells so good.

Exactly in this moment millions of people are reading.

Some are reading a newspaper, some are reading a book, some are reading an article on the Internet, and some are reading a sign pointing for direction.

Millions of people are listening to millions of sounds exactly now.

Millions of hands are robbing their eyes right now.

And also right now millions of people are watching millions of beautiful pictures. And they are smiling.

Millions of people are friendly with each other exactly in this moment. They are serving someone with something.

Exactly in this moment the warm wind is caressing millions of faces.

The world is in continuous movement.

The world changes and then re-changes again doing the same things like before. This rhythm of doing the same things all over again, in different moments of time, is changed from time to time, with new things that appear into the world. These new things, these innovations soon become old things. The life, the complexity, the joy and the abundance increases.

“The happiness of our life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” – Marcus Aurelius (Meditations)

10 Life-Changing Actions Successful People Perform Daily

If you want to change your life for the better, you need to change the way you do things. More often than not, these “things” are your habits. The truth is – not everybody understands this fact. Not surprisingly, successful individuals got it. For many, success came just after they implemented empowering habits in more areas of their lives.

Morning rituals are extremely common amongst successful people. Why’s that? Because each day is a fresh start, and all of these individuals are doing their best to accomplish as much as they can on a daily basis.  Let’s take a look at 10 life changing actions and habits that you can perform (on a daily basis) in order to improve your lifestyle and your chances of becoming a successful person:

1. Have a Well-Established Morning Routine

The morning routine is often repetitive, yet it’s an amazing way of creating control over your days. Once you clearly know what you need to do the first thing after waking up, you will be able to start fresh each morning, without feeling overwhelmed or stressed out about the tasks that you need to perform. Create your morning routine on a piece of paper. Then, the only thing you need to do is stick to it.

2. Wake Up a Few Hours Earlier

Michael Smith, successful entrepreneur and CEO at Affordable dissertation Wiz, suggests:

Wake up one or two hours earlier than you usually do, and you’ll soon notice the amazing benefits of this simple change. If you wake up before everyone else, you get a feeling of confidence and more sparks of motivation. Most importantly, you get extra time to do your morning routine or something else.

3. Exercise

Most successful people exercise during their early hours. The reason is simple: exercise brings many physical and mental health benefits. After a jogging session (for example), you’ll feel that you can tackle more challenges, you’ll have more energy, and your dopamine levels will improve, making you happy that you’re alive.

4. Meditate

Early hours are great hours for practicing meditation. Many successful individuals are meditating on a daily basis. Of course, they’re doing it for a reason: it helps. Even 15 minutes of meditation can have tremendous benefits for your health, productivity, and well being.

5. Introspection & Alone Time

When was the last time you took a moment to reflect upon your life? Successful people do it frequently, and it helps them manage probably busier lives than you. Life throws us many distractions, and we usually tend to wander away from our goals. Avoid that by planning some alone time every other morning from now on.

6. Healthy Food

A healthy breakfast is always a great way to start a productive day. “You are what you eat”. Successful people from all over the world have already understood that in order to bear with stressful lives, they need to insert the proper fuels into their body. Always start your mornings with something healthy for the stomach.

7. Plan Your Day

Planning is a great action that propels great results. Each morning, start by creating your to-do list. Those are the actions that really need to be taken care of. If you can plan and properly execute, you might be able to reach your goals in no time.

8. Work on The Most Important Project

The best way to speed up your results is to take care of the most daunting task the first thing in the morning. Usually, the hardest tasks or projects are also the most important ones. Many people procrastinate on them instead of actually focusing on what’s really important.

9. Note Down What You are Grateful For

Gratefulness can cure every type of sadness, disappointment, or stress. The moment you enter a state of gratefulness the moment you’ll feel that you are where you’re supposed to be. Morning hours are great for performing this habit, as you’re eliminating superficial thoughts that might be stuck in your head.

10. Visualize Your Success

Visualization is another commonly met habit among successful people. Visualization means imagining how success looks like, feels like, smells like, and so on. You need to develop a clear picture of what you want to accomplish in the future. Then, keep visualizing that picture over and over again each morning in order to emotionally connect with your goals.

Conclusion

Success leaves clues. If you were to know exactly what a successful person does and thinks during a normal day, you could model his habits and mindset up to the point where you’ll become successful yourself. Once you understand that success can be modeled, your pursuit does no longer have to look “impossible” because you know exactly what to do in order to get the same results as other people did.

5 Sure-Fire Ways to Combat Your Everyday Anxiousness

Now, as someone who naturally feels plenty of anxiety in day-to-day life, it is almost hereditary that I should come up with at least a few solutions to this problem, and I am here today to share them with you.

1.    Give Yourself Some Space

In any happy and successful relationship, space is almost mandatory, isn’t it? So, think about your relationship with yourself. If you feel as though you are constantly in your own head creating more anxiety than necessary, I strongly suggest that you give yourself a minute to be alone, allow your mind to run free with all the thoughts and feelings that it needs to get through the horrid anxiousness. Let your brain do its thing! Trust me, you’ll thank yourself.

2.    It’s Okay to Be Selfish

Once in a while, it is totally more than okay to allow yourself some selfishness. If you need something and you believe that it will help you then, by all means, go to the lengths that you need to, to be a happier person. If you need to cancel plans so that you can have some well-needed alone time, go for it! There is no need to always put other people first.

3.    Do Something That You Love

A fabulous example of this for me is Zumba, I go to a Zumba class once if not twice a week. This is because I used to be a dancer so I have always loved to dance. However, for you, this could be anything! Let yourself indulge once or twice a week or the stress will get the better of you. Whether this is listening to some music that you love, or doing some art, having a sing in the shower, nothing is off limits if it is something that you love that will quash the anxiousness.

4.    Organize, Organize, Organize

A tidy mind makes for a more positive experience in all other areas. I carry around a little A6 notepad with me each and every day with a checklist of plausible, achievable targets for me. This method helps me feel as though I am on top of things and I am achieving something every time I get to tick something off of that list! Remind yourself, however, that it isn’t crucial to complete every single task you have set yourself which would be almost impossible if everyone were do complete everything that they had set out to do each day. Make sure that you’re aware that the world will certainly not cave in if one or two items are missed off of this list.

5.    Mindfulness

I’m sure that if you’re a person who feels a lot of anxiety you will have heard this a thousand times over, but I will say it again. Being self-aware is so extremely important in the long-term to prevent feeling anxious. So, doing activities like yoga, meditation, mindfulness coloring and all those other mindfulness techniques that you may be skeptical about (which I completely get) might be more useful than you think. I’ve found that since doing them I feel like I’ve gotten to know how my mind works and in turn allowing myself to control my emotions in a more effective and calm way.

I sincerely hope that these five tips help you out in your journey to a less anxious life, if you have any to add feel free to comment them on this post. The word about day-to-day solutions to life’s tendencies to stress us all out the need to be spread.

Positive Words Research – 5 Sure-Fire Ways to Combat Your Everyday Anxiousness

Top 7 Ways To Lift Your Mood When You Are Feeling Down

Down. Blue. Having a ‘black-dog’ day. We all know those days. When it seems much more preferable to sit in a dark room with Ben & Jerry and lament about all of the life’s woes. But giving into the proverbial black dog is no way to lift you from your funk. All you’ll succeed in doing is feeding it. Literally, if you stick with the Ben & Jerry’s. Far better to pick yourself up and challenge that black-dog and deliberately set about to lift your mood.

Unsure how to start? Here are seven sure-fire ways to lift your mood when you’re feeling down.

Vent

This might seem a little paradoxical at first. If you’re trying to lift your mood, how will it help you to vent your frustrations? It helps by using the same principles of reframing; restate your frustration, review it, examine it and really explore whether it is as big a deal as you have internalized, or whether you’ve made it bigger than it needs to be. Venting should be done in a time-limited and structured way to avoid dwelling on the frustration. Use an egg timer, write a page in a journal. Just keep track and review your outcomes with a critical eye.

Practice positive self-talk

After venting and reframing your frustrations, you might be a little tender and in need of some positive affirmation. There is no better person to affirm you than you. Engage in some positive-self talk. Tell yourself how you will pick yourself up today. Challenge yourself about whether you might be over-generalizing, over-simplifying, over-dramatizing or mind reading. Above all be honest with yourself. If you’re feeling down because you haven’t done something, ask whether it was reasonable in the first place to do it. If your mood is low because you think you will never amount to anything, check in with all the achievements you have made so far.

Focus on the present

This goes hand-in-hand with venting. Focus solely on the present and don’t dwell on the past or worry about the future. Ask yourself whether you’re down because of something right now, or something that happened two weeks ago. Or something that might never come to be but you can’t stop worrying about. What’s done is done, and who’s to know what might be. Take yourself back to the here-and-now and focus on the present.

Practice mindfulness

Mindfulness is a fantastic way of bringing your focus back to the present. There is simply an abundance of ways in which you can practice mindfulness. A counselor or therapist can teach you breathing techniques. Mindfulness and meditation apps are readily available for download on your smartphone or tablet. If meditation is not your thing, try a quiet sit in your favorite spot in the garden, or take up yoga. However you do it, get in touch with yourself.

Exercise

Exercise is not only a great way to focus on the present and create an opportunity for positive self-talk, exercise also helps the body to release ‘feel good’ chemicals like serotonin and endorphins. Exercise may bring further mood lifting results by exposing you to the sunshine, fresh air, other people, a change of scenery and give your lungs, heart and sympathetic nervous system a good workout. Tiredness and the ability to have a long, refreshing sleep may be a long-term mood enhancing benefit of exercise.

Laugh

Scientific studies have long investigated the link between laughter and uplifted mood. Those very same endorphins released during exercise are released when laughing and can flood the body with good vibes. Facial muscles are also activated when laughing and tensed muscles begin to relax. A relaxed body is less prone to a depressed mood than an uptight body. Laughing is a very immediate quick-fix mood enhancer, and it only takes a quick YouTube search to find yourself a big belly laugh.

Take time out with positive people

The saying goes, ‘Good people know good people’. The same can be said for people who are down in the dumps. Perhaps they’re your work colleagues or your family. Take a good look and you just might find yourself surrounded by a host of misanthropes. If so, seek out those people you know who always bring a smile to your face. The people who light you up just by entering a room. Positive people have an effect on the people they surround; they bring that positivity to the hearts of everyone they touch.

So the next time you’re feeling down, leave the ice-cream in the freezer. Slip in some earbuds, pop on your cap and take a brisk walk around the park. Let the sunshine refresh you and the endorphins do their thing. You’ll feel better for it.

Best 10 Simple Ways to Improve Cognitive Function Now

Have you ever met a person who was perceived as intelligent at school and later on didn’t excel in life? Have you also met someone who was perceived as stupid or ordinary in school but later on excelled in life and was then perceived as intelligent? That goes to show that intelligence is not a stagnant given. You can be born genetically smart and end up not so smart if you do not nurture this inborn capacity.

Cognition is the process wherein a person acquires knowledge and understanding through experience, sense, or thought. The situation previously mentioned tells how this process can be efficient at a given time and how cognition might slow down later in life. It is imperative for us that if we want to have a long life that equals its good quality, we must continually maintain and improve the way we think. This is also the reason why people from different areas and cultures have different learning abilities, retention, skills, dexterity, attention span, motor skills, language, and comprehension. The way we think differs because of several factors. No matter how incredible you think during your high school years or today, there will come a day when you will struggle a bit and find that your brain does not have the same efficiency. The good news to this problem and cultural difference is that wherever you are and no matter what culture you believe in, there are simple ways for you to improve the quality of your life by improving cognition.

1. Exercise to Improve Cognitive Function

Did you ever think the exercise was for the body and reading was for the mind? There is some truth in that but there is also a missing fact in that statement. We should acknowledge that the brain is part of the body and will benefit from exercise. When you exercise, you allow the body to distribute oxygen to the brain. Each of our cells needs oxygen to function and to defend itself from possible pathogens. In fact, cells with more oxygen are able to defend themselves from pathogens. This becomes possible with regular exercise. We don’t mean the extreme types of exercise. We understand this will sort of make you go crazy especially if you are not a fan of the exercise. Simple aerobics will do. Start stretching during day one. Most people make really huge goals with exercise.

Make your goals short-term and focused within the week or three days. And begin again when the three days end. Start with simple stretching, jogging, or cardio for 5 to 10 minutes. This is a forgiving routine so you have no excuse not to do it. 5 minutes is almost nothing but if you are able to do it for three days, you will feel reinforced to do it for a week, and if you are able to consistently do it at least for 5 minutes per day in a week, it gets easier. This tiny tweak can lead to big changes both in your body and in your mind.

2. Indulge in Fun Games

Whether it is board games, card games or puzzles, or even playing Candy Crush or Monopoly, games help you develop the part of your brain that focuses on strategy. Chess and checkers are also excellent games for it. Games help the brain rewire itself and literally learn something new. Puzzles help the brain learn new patterns, strategies, and tap that part of the brain that even teaches you about manipulation. The game Cry Wolf is an excellent example of a game that teaches you about manipulation. The word manipulation might sound like a negative word but if you think about it, most of the business world requires some sort of manipulative skills to get the best out of a negotiation. So if you are a little bored on the train or on the way home, have a game ready. It will boost the odds in your favor.

3. Ask

Asking is perhaps one of the last things you would consider when trying to develop your cognition. But let’s face it, when your boss gives you a task, most people do not ask for the specifics and even blindly let negotiations or things fall into their place without their full knowledge just because they didn’t ask. One of the main characteristics of an intelligent person is not only glibness and knowledge but curiosity and the extent to which he goes through to answer his curiosity. Children learn because of curiosity.

4. Take mind-enhancing food and supplements

Since your brain is a part of the body, in fact, one of the most vital parts of your body that must be healthy, it is imperative that you pay attention to its nutrition. Eat brain-boosting foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon and take fish oil in case salmon isn’t available. Taking Longjack or Maca Root can also help your brain adapt to stressful situations and function more efficiently since these foods help normalize neurotransmitters, helping you focus more and even have more energy to do so.

5. Learn a language

You’ve probably heard this before but there is a huge reason why learning a language does not only make you sound savvy and sophisticated, it actually makes you more intelligent. Speaking multiple languages helps improve your attention span, memory capabilities, decision-making, and helps the brain get used to multitasking, because why not? A language is a task to learn and being able to speak more than one language is a cerebral way of multitasking. So get that Langenscheidt off that bookstore and start reading it. Who knows? It might land you a job in the city of Paris or make your trip to Germany a fruitful one because you can speak their language.

6. Play an instrument

Have you ever had a crush on someone who played the guitar or violin really well? That someone could have been you if you knew how to play an instrument. Playing a song that you like in an instrument that you find interesting helps you release stress, regulate depression, and lower cortisol levels. Picking up a new skill such as playing a guitar, piano, or flute helps give you both the emotional and intellectual benefit of improving your memory skills and attention span. It also taps into your artistic side making both sides of the brain active.

7. Sleep to Improve Cognitive Function

It is a no-brainer that sleep is a vital thing that you need to do to simply let your brain recharge and ensure that it will continue to work well. That common knowledge isn’t enough for most people and they go on to keep themselves awake for unreasonable hours. Some people try to cheat sleep by taking stimulants that work for a while but damage the body in the long term. Forget the status quo that tells you to sleep less and work more. You can do that but if you want to make sure you have better health, a sound mind, and body, take this advice and get enough sleep. It will allow you to be more efficient at work and have less stress in dealing with people at work and in your family.

8. Meet people

When you were young, you were perhaps told that friendliness is a good thing. It still is. As long as you keep your good judgment in choosing friends and people and the places where you meet them, networking will always be a great way to learn from people and get new ideas. Be guarded but be inquisitive and consider people as gold mines. Of course, you must also have a sense of doubt but learn anyway, and if possible, learn from the role models that you want to become. If you find that there is a gathering of entrepreneurs or writers or a group of people whose careers of expertise are something that you find interesting, go ahead and meet people, make new friends, network. One of them could be a potential client or mentor. Choose them correctly and use your judgment well.

9. Get a pet

Having a pet nurtures the emotional part of our brain. Pets help us nurture our sense of caring and help reduce anxiety levels. Going outside to walk your pets also gives you the benefit of exercise that comes with jogging. Plus, it is known in psychology that people who bring pets with them are perceived to be more attractive than they really are because it makes them appear more nurturing and more attractive. So not only does it give your brain the satisfaction of emotional fulfillment, it actually gives you the benefit of looking more attractive.

10. Meditation and Laughter

Do you ever notice that one of the most prevailing qualities and activities of people who are incredibly happy is meditation and laughter? There is a saying that goes “Laughter is the best medicine.” You cannot go wrong with happiness. Scientifically, laughter stimulates endorphins that make your body feel good and even strengthen your immune system. Laughter, come to think of it, even stimulates blood circulation, which makes it good for the brain, apart from its ability to lower cortisol and stress. Mix it up with meditation, and you get the focus and mindfulness you need for whatever task you have. Try meditating for 5 minutes. The reason why we recommend 5 minutes instead of 30 minutes is because you can always do 30 minutes after you’ve transcended the 5 minute time frame. The key is consistency. So watch that funny movie or joke with friends and meditate for 5 minutes.

Cognition is a mental and sensory process. But if you improve your cognition, not only will you improve your mental process, you will also improve the quality of your life. These tips are not too hard to follow. If you notice, most of these are just times at 5 minutes. So apply these tweaks because these tiny changes can lead to great improvement.
