Love is an Action Movement Project Made With Passion

The project Love is an Action Movement joins together people inspired by Love.

In the last year, I’ve watched as negative news, actions and images have overtaken our social media platforms and our news outlets.  I watched devastated as families were torn apart, friendships severed, fear, hopelessness, and discouragement among other things further engulfed our world.  I felt strongly that something had to be done,  but what could I do? I am only one person.

It seems as if we as a people have forgotten who LOVE is and how to express it properly.

Love is Action Movement

The “Love is an Action Movement” is to remind the world about what Love means according to 1 Corinthians 13:4-8 and how love is expressed according to 1 John 3:18.

What do I want from you?

A few moments of your time…. and a request that you would use the hashtag #LIAAmovement; #/@sweetstartministriesinc along with your own hashtags when posting positive images, quotes,  kind acts, and videos. Together we can begin to shift what we see in our social platforms from negative to positive.

Love can not be censored or banned. It is a universal language.

Social media as you know is a tool. Like all things, it can be used negatively or positively. This is where I’m starting,  shifting the focus and pushing back the darkness.

Love is an Action Movement

By the way,  this isn’t to cover or ignore issues that need to be addressed. It’s simply to be the light we were called to be,  to shine the light and love of Jesus in a world that’s getting darker by the second.

Our Love Rocks are being placed in parks,  walking trails, and anywhere that’s populated with people.  The idea is to get these rocks moving from city to city,  state to state, and country to country. This is a way to spread the message that Love is an Action.  Check out our website Sweet Start Ministries. Every day is a brand new start so begin again with an open heart!

Will you join me?

In Ecclesiastes 4:9,10 the bible states, “Two are better than one because they can help each other succeed. If one falls down, his companion can lift him up but woe to him who is alone when he falls and has not another to lift him up”.

Love is an action, not just a word. So many times we say we love others but our actions say something different. When we say we love others what does it mean?

Love is an Action Movement

The Bible defines love as this…

1 Corinthians 13:4 – LOVE is patient, LOVE is kind, it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, hopes, and preserves. Love never fails.

In 1 John 3:11 we are commanded to love one another. Love is active, demonstrative and responsive.

The lack of love in this world is causing darkness and cold-heartedness to spread far and wide. We need to be the light of the world by showing godly love as 1Corinthians 13: 4-8 defines it. The bible says GOD IS LOVE.

3 things to join this movement:

1. Use #LIAAMovement and #sweetstartministries on all your positive images, videos, and post.

2. Participate in Love Rocks!

3. Spread the Word!

Encouragement, affirmation and love is something we need to thrive in this life. The goal of the project Love is an Action Movement is to offer these three elements to everyone within our reach. Love is a universal language and we intend to show it in word and in action consistently.

7 Things You Can Always Be Grateful For And Be Happy

The ability to be grateful is an extraordinary ability that brings us many benefits. The benefits are both in terms of physical and mental health, and peace of mind. Gratitude is the great multiplier of this world. It brings prosperity and makes it grow. But what are the things you can always be grateful for?

It is said that a grateful person is grateful in any situation. But in life we live in moments when it is quite difficult for us to be grateful. However, there are some small details that if we remember them help us to be grateful in any situation. Find below a list of 7 things you can always be grateful for:

7 Things You Can Always Be Grateful For

1. Grateful For Your Smile

Be grateful for your smile. How many times do you think you’ve smiled so far in your life? Many times. And you will smile countless times. It is said that a man can bring happiness to himself in two ways: from inside and outside. From the inside through beautiful thoughts and from the outside through working with his muscles.

That is, either your positive thoughts make you smile, or your smile makes you have positive thoughts. And that makes a huge difference for your happiness level.

2. Grateful For a Good Deed from the Past

Be grateful for a good deed you have done for someone in the past. Gratitude along with joy acts on our good deeds just like rain that wets a tree and helps it grow. That tree is part of your garden and gives you fruit. So if you want to reap the fruits of your good deeds then you must remember them and rejoice. Be grateful that you were able to be there and help.

Be grateful that you were alive and had the necessary resources at exactly that moment when that other person needed help. Such things are never accidental. You were meant to be there and help that person. There will come a day when you too will need help and a person will be next to you who will have the necessary resources to help you and will help you.

3. Grateful For Your Breath

Be grateful for your breath. Breathe more deeply 10 times counting from 10 to 1. Breathing is always there with you. You can always focus on breathing whenever you want. Remembering your breath from time to time during a day helps you to be mindful.

Mindfulness is a much desired skill nowadays. It is said that he who becomes grateful for his breath becomes an alchemist. And it is also said to ask ourselves if we breathe life or life breathes us?

4. Grateful For a Moment of Silence

Take a moment of silence and enjoy it. The simplest way to bring peace to your mind and soul is to take a moment of silence. The simplest way to feel calm and peaceful is to sit somewhere, not say a word, smile and contemplate what is around you. You will calm down instantly.

If you sit on a bench in the park, it’s even better. Give up your thoughts for a moment and contemplate what is around you. Even if you have a noise around you, contemplate the source that is making that noise. You will see that it helps. Try it!

5. Grateful For Water

Be grateful for a glass of water. Take a glass and put some water in it. Drink some of it and put the glass next to you. Either take a break, sit down and drink the water slowly. Or if you work on a laptop, keep working while being aware of the glass of water. Drink some more water from time to time. Try to be grateful for the water in the glass.

Think that there are people, and unfortunately there are many, who do not have the luxury of having that water in the glass. Besides that water from the glass, you have so many other things. You can follow them with your eyes. Contemplate on the separation of the water in the glass from the rest of reality and see how many things you have in addition to that water.

6. Grateful For a Little Object That You Like and Have

Pick a little object that you like and have and be grateful for it. You have it! It’s yours. Carry the object with you today or this week and be grateful for it. Remember when you bought it. Or maybe you received it as a gift. It is so small and yet someone has consumed his time and made it. Then, this little object came into your hands.

You certainly don’t know all the people who participated in making it. There are those who made the material, then someone else made the product, someone else transported it, someone else sold it to you. So many people have participated in making a simple little object that you now hold in your hand.

Or maybe it’s a little rock you found be the see and nature did it. You like it because it has a story. The story of you on the beach, feeling peaceful, more connected. Everything has a story. Every object, every live being, either human, animal, insect or plant has a story. Don’t you think it’s a miracle?

7. Grateful For a Good Thought That Exists In The World

Pick one good thought that exists in this world and be grateful for it. This is too one of the things you can always be grateful for. Someone thought that beautiful thought and it came to you. Contemplate a little on that good thought. How beautiful it is. One good thought which, if you give it enough energy, attracts all the other good and miraculous thoughts.

What good thought did you choose? If you can and want to, comment on this article so that someone who will read this article will know it in the hope that he will be able to be grateful for something. Because we all have to start somewhere. The beginning is the secret. A simple thought of gratitude draws the others as well. Then the emotion of gratitude attracts all the other positive emotions.

Remember all these things you can always be grateful for.

Conclusion

It is difficult to feel grateful when you are going through hard times. That’s why try not to put even more pressure on yourself. It is not necessary to be grateful. But know that gratitude helps every time, in everything you do. Start with something small. Today be grateful for something small. Tomorrow the same. The next day maybe a little more. Whatever you do, be gentle with yourself. Gentle in thoughts, gentle in words, gentle in what you listen to, gentle in actions.

Are positive words important?

Positive words are important and they matter. The lack of not saying or saying nice words daily significantly influences your brain structure. The way your brain works is that he needs to hear good words from time to time. Otherwise the mind gets really stressed and depressed.

A daily use of empowering words will increase your motivation. This will sustain with energy everything you do in life. You will have more power for every project you want to accomplish. Negative words are drainers of energy. But using negative words is not so damaging as not using positive words every day. Actually it doesn’t really matter what negative words you use as long as daily you also use positive words. One of the most interesting words to use is the word Gratitude.

Gratitude has an immense power as an emotion. And also as a word Gratitude has a high vibration. But what I find so amazing is that Gratitude is kind of a transition word. It helps you transition from a negative state to a positive state. And also keeps you in the positive state, not to drop in the negative part.

Appreciation Letter: Thank You Note For Health Heroes

I write this appreciation letter because I want to thank and appreciate all the people who contribute to the prevention of the COVID-19 virus outbreak these days.

Appreciation Letter – Thank You Note

  1. Infectious doctors. Thank you for dedicating your life to studying these forms of reality. You must have had a call to do such a job, otherwise I can’t imagine how you could choose such a life.
  2. Military doctors. Thank you for choosing to become such a doctor and the efforts you make these days.
  3. Any person representing medical personnel in the entire world. Thank you very much for your efforts for the patients you treat these days. I think people who care about other people’s health deserve great respect.
  4. Nurses in the health system. How valuable you are, thank you for your continuous movement in which you do dozens of small actions that matter so much in recovering a human’s health.
  5. People cleaning in hospitals. I think they are the most important in this period and thank them very much. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to be in their place. When I think of them, a humility pours on me. What if I didn’t have them? God forbid.
  6. People who are cleaning the streets during this period. I was watching today from the window two men who came to pick up the garbage. I thought “God, they came today too.” What would it be like to be in their place these days? And yet they were on duty. A silence settled over my mind as I thought of them.
  7. State authorities responsible for emergency situations. Thank you and I appreciate you because without you we had to think about everything now. And how could you think, make decisions, get the agreement of others and implement something in a few days. You can not. But you have gone through this, studied, learned about national emergency situations. I’m glad I don’t have to think about the thousands of procedures we need during this time.
  8. Mothers who disinfect, disinfect, disinfect. Thank you and I appreciate you for your continuous fight against the microbes from which you come out so many times victorious.
  9. Professional drivers, especially big trucks drivers. Wow, I don’t drive, I don’t have a car. In vain we would have money, if we did not have a professional driver to bring us everything we needed from point X to point Y. Their contribution is not visible and will be forgotten. Such a pity. I give them thanks and pray to God to give them more health during this time, to bring us whatever we needed, anywhere.
  10. Ladies and gentlemen from cashiers everywhere. I almost have no words. Just silence. I try to write that I thank you and I appreciate you. What would it be like if you were not doing that type of work? Who is stronger at the moment, you the cashier, or I the buyer. I only meet you once, but you meet all the buyers.
  11. People in government who made the right decisions at the right time. Again, I wouldn’t want to be in their place now. But if I were, I would try to keep my mind as clear as possible so that I could act with clarity. They are working very hard in the administration of the country at the moment and I thank them all.
  12. People who returned to their native country. Your life is over your head. Maybe you didn’t even have time to feel scared. In no case would I want to be in your place. Thank you and I appreciate you. You have children, you have dear people in your native country, because for them you went to work abroad. And now you can no longer support them, and moreover, it is possible to hurt them. What a burden on your shoulders. Be without a doubt, the people for whom you went to work abroad have a lot of love for you. They called you back and they did well. I really don’t know what words to say. Maybe just the classic “Don’t worry, everything will be fine, I love you”.

An aura of protection to descend from the Holy Spirit on these people and to protect their health.

I raise and invite other people to lift up to Jesus Christ the energy of these days and the forms that manifest themselves, as each one sees them.

And for anyone who wants and knows what it means let’s say together: I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

If I forgot to include a category of people to thank and appreciate in this period, please share this to your friends and write an appreciation, to include them.

How To Enjoy Easter When You’re Suffering From Depression

As the Easter season is upon us, it’s easy to get caught up in either the merriment or the stress of the pre-holiday shopping stress. How to make the most of Easter Holidays when you’re suffering from depression? What happens when you’re in neither of those places? What happens when your mental and emotional state reflects neither the holiday cheer nor the happiness of having friends and family around?

Depression is often an underestimated affliction of the soul that tends to rear its head even more so during the Easter holidays. So how do you make the most of Easter when you suffer from depression?

1. Relieve Yourself from Pressure when Suffering from Depression

When you’re feeling blue, the last thing you want to do is to put even more pressure on yourself. This is a trap that anyone can easily fall into around the holidays, since seeing other people so cheerful and busy creates this feeling that maybe you should be in it too or that maybe you are missing something. But this couldn’t be further from the truth. There isn’t any right or wrong way of being or feeling. If you aren’t feeling these positive emotions, then that’s something you need to accept during this time of the year. The human spectrum of emotions is very complex and allowing yourself to feel an entire range of them is not only healthy, but it will also feel liberating and soothing.

2. Move Towards Reconciliation

Often times we tend to feel emotionally troubled and burdened without even knowing it and it may have something to do with the relationships we currently have in our lives or with the ones we have nurtured in the past. Since the Easter holidays are mostly about connecting with other people, it’s important that you take the time to think of your relationships and allow yourself to feel, truly feel with your heart, which ones need more attention, closure or reconciliation. Depression is definitely a condition that’s tough to transform for the better, but calling or meeting these important people in your life in order to patch things up will definitely set you one step closer to healing.

3. Strive for a Healthy Lifestyle

Easter depression has a funny way of tricking us into leaning back into our comfort zone and making us stay indoors, rather than go out and explore the world. It may be because of the increasingly shorter days or because of the negative mindset maybe just too overpowering to fight, but many people suffering from depression during the holidays give up altogether and resort to a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. However, it’s essential to fight the impulse and keep active. Go out for a walk, put your blood into motion, see the world around you unfold even if for only half an hour every day and exercise as much as you can. Stay away from sugar, an excessive amount of carbs and fatty foods, since the satisfaction they provide may be immediate, but the long-term effects are pretty devastating both on your physical and emotional health.

4. Create a Gratitude List when Suffering from Depression

It may sound like a cliche and it may be the last thing you honestly feel like doing when suffering from depression, but the power behind gratitude is tremendous. Find a quiet place in your home where you can focus without any interruptions, play some relaxing music in the background while sipping from your favorite tea and start writing a list of things you are grateful for. Write about things that happened to you throughout the year or things that you’ve made happen for yourself. Also take the time to thank the people that have been there for you the past year or even throughout your entire life and even tell them this personally, if you feel like it. It’s always a good time to focus on what feels right in your life and how certain people left a positive mark on your growth as a human being.

When it comes to it, the holidays are a time to take it easy, put things into perspective and accept life as it comes to you. Regardless of your mental and emotional state, remember this too shall pass, the people you love are still right there for you and there’s always room for a beacon of light amidst a cloudy sky.
