I write this appreciation letter because I want to thank and appreciate all the people who contribute to the prevention of the COVID-19 virus outbreak these days.

  1. Infectious doctors. Thank you for dedicating your life to studying these forms of reality. You must have had a call to do such a job, otherwise I can’t imagine how you could choose such a life.
  2. Military doctors. Thank you for choosing to become such a doctor and the efforts you make these days.
  3. Any person representing medical personnel in the entire world. Thank you very much for your efforts for the patients you treat these days. I think people who care about other people’s health deserve great respect.
  4. Nurses in the health system. How valuable you are, thank you for your continuous movement in which you do dozens of small actions that matter so much in recovering a human’s health.
  5. People cleaning in hospitals. I think they are the most important in this period and thank them very much. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to be in their place. When I think of them, a humility pours on me. What if I didn’t have them? God forbid.
  6. People who are cleaning the streets during this period. I was watching today from the window two men who came to pick up the garbage. I thought “God, they came today too.” What would it be like to be in their place these days? And yet they were on duty. A silence settled over my mind as I thought of them.
  7. State authorities responsible for emergency situations. Thank you and I appreciate you because without you we had to think about everything now. And how could you think, make decisions, get the agreement of others and implement something in a few days. You can not. But you have gone through this, studied, learned about national emergency situations. I’m glad I don’t have to think about the thousands of procedures we need during this time.
  8. Mothers who disinfect, disinfect, disinfect. Thank you and I appreciate you for your continuous fight against the microbes from which you come out so many times victorious.
  9. Professional drivers, especially big trucks drivers. Wow, I don’t drive, I don’t have a car. In vain we would have money, if we did not have a professional driver to bring us everything we needed from point X to point Y. Their contribution is not visible and will be forgotten. Such a pity. I give them thanks and pray to God to give them more health during this time, to bring us whatever we needed, anywhere.
  10. Ladies and gentlemen from cashiers everywhere. I almost have no words. Just silence. I try to write that I thank you and I appreciate you. What would it be like if you were not doing that type of work? Who is stronger at the moment, you the cashier, or I the buyer. I only meet you once, but you meet all the buyers.
  11. People in government who made the right decisions at the right time. Again, I wouldn’t want to be in their place now. But if I were, I would try to keep my mind as clear as possible so that I could act with clarity. They are working very hard in the administration of the country at the moment and I thank them all.
  12. People who returned to their native country. Your life is over your head. Maybe you didn’t even have time to feel scared. In no case would I want to be in your place. Thank you and I appreciate you. You have children, you have dear people in your native country, because for them you went to work abroad. And now you can no longer support them, and moreover, it is possible to hurt them. What a burden on your shoulders. Be without a doubt, the people for whom you went to work abroad have a lot of love for you. They called you back and they did well. I really don’t know what words to say. Maybe just the classic “Don’t worry, everything will be fine, I love you”.

An aura of protection to descend from the Holy Spirit on these people and to protect their health.

I raise and invite other people to lift up to Jesus Christ the energy of these days and the forms that manifest themselves, as each one sees them.

And for anyone who wants and knows what it means let’s say together: I’m sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you.

It could be the loss of loss and pain over the pain that you have come to the moment you feel like starting all over again. For some reason, it can stand as a new identity for your new life.

Actually, at this point, you must be open to taking up some help in revamping the army in you.

Here are a few tips and tricks on how to start a new life in spring:

1. Get to the peace point

We all know the kind of pace our world runs at this point. But a clear mind is mandatory to start a new life. The efficiency your brain can show is exactly the amount of speed you will see the recovery. You might miss opportunities you have been given at the present if you keep dwelling on your past and/or the problematic situation. Keeping the pain constant is all in your hands.

2. The Open Mind Strategy

No matter what the given situation is, make sure to keep your way open to fresh thoughts. This is the primary step to starting a brand new life. The reason is that the new thoughts can show a drastic impact on your intention to bring a change.

3. Set Goals and start new life

Positive Affirmations To Appreciate Men On Valentine’s Day

Today it’s the celebration called “Dragobete” in my country. To celebrate this day I decided to write an article with positive affirmations to appreciate men.

Dragobete is a traditional Romanian holiday celebrated on February 24. Dragobete was the son of Baba Dochia, which stands for the main character in the pagan myth related to spring arrival and the end of the harsh winter. Due to his endless kindness, he was chosen – according to some sources, by Virgin Mary – to be the Guardian of Love. The day is particularly known as “the day when the birds are betrothed”. It is around this time that the birds begin to build their nests and mate. On this day, considered locally the first day of spring, boys and girls gather vernal flowers and sing together. Those who take part in Dragobete customs are supposed to be protected from illness, especially fevers, for the rest of the year. If the weather allows, girls and boys pick snowdrops or other early spring plants for the person they are courting. In the countryside, there is an old tradition with girls and boys going into the woods to pick flowers. When they return home, the traditions says that boys were running after girls to kiss them. If the girl liked the boy she lets him kiss her. There is a saying in Romania that makes a lot of sense regarding this: “Dragobete kisses the girls”.

Opportunity for joy and well-being, Dragobetele is one of the most beautiful ancient customs of the Romanian people. It is also mandatory that Dragobete men be in cordial relations with females. Men are not allowed to annoy women nor to engage in a quarrel, otherwise, they will have an unlucky spring and a year not favorable. In general, both boys and girls have a duty to rejoice in this day so that they can enjoy the love with your man the entire year. I write this article with positive affirmations to appreciate men with the intention to enjoy Love, men in my case, the entire year. Therefore here are the positive affirmations to appreciate men that I thought and that I share with you.

From this point of view, the woman should welcome the man like the Sunshine and show him that there is Light, Ease and Joy, besides war, battles, and struggle.

Therefore I send from my heart appreciation and gratitude for all the wars that men fought in. I send from my heart Light and Ease for all the battles and struggle that all men have gone, are going and will go through.

One of the best things to do if you’re feeling like you’re on a never-ending treadmill is to STOP!

YES … STOP! STOP THINKING! STOP DOING!

JUST STOP … AND BREATHE

Take five minutes to sit in silence. Listen to your breathing and then think about all that you have that you are grateful for. Don’t think about the obstacles, don’t think about the challenges, with this exercise there are no buts’, maybes’ or cannot’.

There are lessons to be learned on this life journey, you just need to understand what they are. There is a reason you have ventured on this path and one way to understand and appreciate that path is to be grateful for where you are now.

 Imagine if all that was happening was happening for a reason, imagine the struggles were designed to enable us to move forward stronger than we were before. To believe that we have the power to push ourselves to another level. If you sit for a second and imagine how it would feel to get through these struggles … imagine all that has happened is to help you become stronger.

Journey

Sometimes we have to take a different route to help us move forward, but don’t ever lose sight of your goal, don’t ever believe you’re not capable of doing this. If your heart is telling you to follow a passion then it’s your mission to follow and accomplish whatever goals you feel you need to achieve. Your life is made up of different puzzles that sometimes really do feel like hard work to figure out. You MUST continue on this journey, even if it’s one small step at a time.

Journey

Believe in yourself, believe you can do this. Start writing down daily what you have achieved and you will soon become grateful that you are moving forward. Don’t look at the setbacks, the obstacles, the challenges, don’t focus on the negative, focus on the things that are carrying you forward, because if you believe you are here for this reason, you will continue to push through those barriers.

Just name your problem or your lack and write a couple of appreciations for them. You can even go and write: I appreciate this problem. I bless this problem. I am grateful for this problem. I bless this problem with the energy of love, appreciation and gratitude and many blessings.

  3. Encourage – Give a positive pat on people’s shoulders when you see good work. Tell them that you must do this work consistently with full interest. When you encourage them more, they will have the heart to do their work with optimism.
  4. Help – When you see people struggling, lend them your hand and offer a help. Genuine people will remember you always for your help. When you are in need, these people will help you in return. But never expect anything in return while helping people.

 These positive words have enormous power in them. Use them in your daily life and see the effects in the people surrounding you.

Here are some positive things I say to myself:

Hope:  Eventually things work out.

Blessed Joy:  You are now blessed with Joy, Loving-kindness, Gratitude, Appreciation and Well-being.

Fabulous:  Something fabulous is happening now somewhere in the world. I wonder what?

Light:  ☀️ There is only light and lack of light.

Luck:  🍀 Luck favors the prepared mind.

Self-love:  I love myself. Yes 🙂 completely. <3

Love: I love people, but people super love me. <3

Alive, Success, Chances:   Yes you can have success. As long as you are alive, your success chances are, in anything you want, no doubt about it, above 0%. Only when you will be dead, your success chances will decrease to 0%. But I always say: because God is having my back, my success chances are close to 1 million %.

Happiness, Connect, Appreciation, Awareness:   If you cannot contribute to the happiness of a person, at least appreciate it, do not put effort to decrease it so that after, you ask forgiveness. Connecting with someone is not as important as the happiness of another. Anyway, we are all already connected. Allow people to be happy and practice the art of appreciation. And if you want to connect, connect to appreciate. Don’t be afraid to give feedback but give it using appreciation. And something else, appreciation comes from awareness.

Safe:   It is safe to open my heart and connect with others.

Gift:  I am a gift to the world.

Acceptance:  I accept myself unconditionally and fully.

Self-forgiveness:  I forgive myself for everything from my past, present and future. I consider that I am forgiven by all other people, life and God.

Abundance:  We live in heaven on Earth. Abundance is everywhere on Earth. Awareness and choice in the present moment make me realize this truth.

Loving-kindness:  Love is loving-kindness. Loving-kindness is kindness. Therefore love is always kindness. All that is not kindness, is not love.

God:  God is everything, including me.

Heart:   I connect with my heart and with the hearts of other people alive now on Earth. Billions of hearts beating in the same time. Including mine.

Enough: I am always enough. Every day I am enough, regardless of my health, successes, happiness level, wealth, thoughts.

Let-go:  I let-go of everything until today. There are all only concepts.

Well-being:   There is only a river of well-being pouring over me at all times.

Happiness:   I am happiness.

Health:   I love my body. I bless it with pure love and light. Health is my wealth.

Grateful:  I am grateful for the air I breath now.

Life:   Only because I exist now and breath in this world I have done my work. I am my purpose and I am already here.

Relief:  No matter what happens in a day, as long as I live, the end is always the same. I go to sleep.

Positivity:   I am for positivity, not against negativity. I allow everything to exist. I am not God, just a part of Him, doing work in my part, adding energy to the things I love, that inspire me, make me feel alive. I have this right, because I am here.

Contrast, Life, Perfect: I appreciate the contrast of life. For example people say I am not perfect but I AM PERFECT. And so are they, but they say they’re not. <3 If I would tell them what else I AM… hmmm they would probably… be happy for me <3

Love:  Stay in love vibration.

Trust:  Trust yourself – you can do this. There is no way you can fail unless you choose to not show up, or choose to not do the work.

Given:  I’ve already been given everything.

Grateful, Precious:   I am grateful for myself, I am a human precious for the entire universe.
