Did you know that your innermost self is gifted with endless supplies of power and energy? Have you ever felt connected to them? If so, it’s probably only been a couple of times and you don’t know how to open those channels again. Not only do you feel great when you manage to tap into your inner power, but you also exude confidence on the outside. You’ll also be more capable of eliminating negativity from your life, as well as more able to fulfill your every single objective. Let’s look at a few ways in which you can give yourself the wonderful gift of limitless inner power:
1. Visualize for More Inner Power
With athletes, it’s a known fact that most of them tend to visualize their results before going into a competition. They actually take the time to envision what it would be like to score those points, to bounce back from brutal attacks from the opponent and to finish the competition as winners. If this works for them, it’s further proof that visualization has tremendous value in accessing inner power.
So take the time to think about everything that you would like to happen to you. Visualize that loving relationship you yearn for – what kind of person would you need to be daily to be part of such a love connection? What kind of person would your partner be? Visualize your perfect job. What tasks would you need to do? What would be the rewards? What kind of person would you need to be for that job? The key is to be honest with yourself because the more and better you envision everything that’s at stake, the greater are the chances to actually attract those things and wonderful feelings with them.
2. Discard the Scarcity Mindset
One subconscious mindset that a lot of people unknowingly adhere to is one of scarcity and poverty. They feel they can’t attain more in life and that they can’t tap into an abundance mindset. They just feel it’s not for them – regardless if we’re talking about financial abundance or human relationship abundance. One way to create this shift in your mind is to ditch the thought of impending poverty and instead imagine yourself rich. Become generous with the little resources you have and you’ll soon start to attract the type of wealth you actually want. If you act from an expansive mindset and if you’re aiming for growth, you’re already positioning yourself to expand your limits.
3. Be More Authentic and Responsible
Striving to be more authentic and responsible in your day-to-day life is a key to unleashing inner power that’s often overlooked by many. We tend to think that it’s no big deal if we told a white lie once in a while or didn’t make the deadline for a project we had. But the truth is all these failings pile up in the back of our minds, taking away from our power to act on our desires and create new limiting beliefs about ourselves. Instead, you should try to always do what you say you’re going to do or restore this situation with the ones you faulted. Become aware of the immense power of words in your life. Additionally, you should always only do things you’ve opted for, instead of doing them half-heartedly and out of compromise. It’s amazing how much more whole you’ll start feeling as soon as you become more responsible and authentic.
4. Access Spirituality for Inner Power
Taking a step back, zooming out in life and connecting to the higher forces that govern us is sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself. Take some time to meditate each day in absolute silence and let your mind, soul, and body feel that liberating smallness and greatness that define our beings at the same time. Practice becoming more patient, more forgiving and more grateful with yourself and those around you.
Process and let it seep in that our experiences are not assigned with either bad or good value to them, but it’s in our complete power to choose how we react to them. All our experiences are meant to lead us someplace new, from which we can grow into better, wiser versions of ourselves. Try to remember all the negative experiences you had and strive to integrate the positive lessons they ultimately came attached with.
These are only a few of the ways in which you can draw yourself closer and closer to that endless reservoir of power and energy you’ve always had within. Once you start tapping into that and get a taste of what it feels like to be in charge of your life, you’ll want more of it each day. This will prompt you to renounce cultivating negative emotions and start feeding positive thoughts that are meant to help you thrive.

During these past decades, the world has seen a huge shift between the roles women play in society. Due to a lack of positive female role models, women have turned to male figures to inspire them in the way they lead their lives. This raised women that learned to be resilient, fighters and even aggressive in pursuing what they want. Although these traits are not faulty, per se, they started shadowing authentic feminine qualities like grace, gentleness, and empathy.
Many women now feel like they’re trapped in a rat race where the ultimate goal is for them to come on top of the game. If you’ve felt this too in your life, you’ve probably also felt you can’t get a breather and or even attract the men you’d like in your life. This is why we’ve compiled a list of ways to help you embrace your innate femininity:
1. Get In Touch With Your Femininity For Yourself First
In today’s shaky dating world, lots of women tend to focus exclusively on what would better attract men. The women focus on what we need to change about ourselves to make these masculine figures like us. However, in this pursuit of validation, many of us tend to turn a blind eye to who we really are and what makes up happy.
So instead of doing this, try thinking about yourself first and investigate what makes you feel feminine. It could be a quiet day all to yourself, a pampering session or an afternoon out with the girls. It can also mean that you get in touch with your emotions and let yourself feel more vulnerable from time to time. Discover what works for you and what ultimately brings you closer to that inner feminine energy you’ll learn to cherish.
2. Create a Space of Grace
Grace is such a vague concept – we don’t always know what it means to be graceful or where to start. If you think about it, all graceful women you’ve ever met have certain qualities that seem to be common for all of them. It can be a certain elegance about their body language or the way they speak. Or it can be an inner calm that exudes from within and fills their proximity with warmth and serenity.
The key to experiencing these emotions as well is first of all to slow down. In the space that silence creates a lot of positive beliefs and positive vibes can come to life. Try practicing more empathy to the people around you, gratitude and self-love towards your own experience. Your inner landscape will change in no time and people will start to notice you’ve become more feminine and confident.
3. Remember That Femininity Means Strength
When I was growing up, I used to be more of a tomboy than a feminine person. And that’s mostly because the education I received taught me that I needed to be strong and resilient, that I need to face life’s challenges without even flinching.
By working on my personal development, I gradually realized that it was okay to be vulnerable and that it doesn’t make you weak. It’s okay to understand that feelings are not just black and white, but a complex blend of nuanced emotions that don’t need to be defined. You can be just as strong if you allow yourself to be sad, overwhelmed or defeated. I would even add that by allowing yourself to process these emotions, you start moving away from masculine energy, and embarking on a process that benefits your health both immediately and in the long run.
4. Start Appreciating Your Body
It’s only natural that women have a tight and important relationship with our bodies. But as long as we don’t respect and relish our bodies, we can’t feel confident and grateful for them. With honesty, try looking in your life and see what actions you take that don’t come from a place of love for your body.
For example, it could be that you’re eating junk food that doesn’t create sustenance for your body or that you have a poor sleeping schedule that doesn’t allow it to regenerate. Additionally, you can also use self-affirmations about your body that could make you start loving it more than you ever did. Remember, thoughts create reality.
If you want to get in touch with your femininity, simply start applying the tips from the list above and you’ll soon notice a difference in the way you perceive yourself. And since we are the ones who train the people around us how to be seen, as soon as you see yourself differently, others will too.

Students always need a positive boost from every side. Especially from parents and teachers, they need some encouraging words which will naturally reduce their stress and they will be able to concentrate on the learning process. The teacher plays an important role in encouraging students in learning. If the teacher treats them positively understand their feelings then students will show interest in that subject and they will feel relaxed. In olden days there were no deep students and teacher relationship. Teachers really behave formally with the students but now in this modern technological and broad-minded era students expect teachers to be very friendly and they try to create a good rapport with the teachers. In another side teacher also came forward to talk with students friendly and trying to plan curriculum in which there will be the good rapport with the students. The teacher can use some tricks and techniques to bring a positive attitude in students towards learning.
Avoid all negative vibes
Mainly their will some people who will encourage you in life but some are there who will give negative vibes about your learning. Life is filled with different kinds of people some are very encouraging to us but some are not boosting us but pulling us down so always avoid such people. That will help you to be positive and will bring positive thoughts in our mind. When you need some kind of encouragement in certain matters always go near those whom you think is good for your thoughts. Never talk about your personal problems with those who will pass negativity in your mind. If you are not able to concentrate or having some problems while studying always seek help from teachers and parents they are the best source for giving positive thoughts and remedies for your problems.
Real life experience
The teacher can use some real-life example to motivate students. There is the number of people who started their life with zero and now at present they are the most successive persons in life. So students must understand that no one is born with the silver spoon they also had their hardship in life and they also struggled with that motivating stories they will build the positive attitude towards life and they will try their best to reach success in life.
Love yourself
People mostly never do this thing. They always look at others life and wish that it be them but actually others also have some problems in life and they are also struggling in this life. So first people should start loving their own personality. No one is born with perfections. Everyone has their own merits and demerits in life they must accept as life comes and accept it and ha e to move forward in life. So never say why I in life because everyone has such problems in life. Famous persons had a disability in learning but they fought against their destiny and now they are the successive personality in life.
Do yoga and exercise
It’s another best technique to bring a positive attitude towards life. People make fun of this sometimes but it’s the best medicine to stress relief and it really helps to bring positive thoughts. Yoga also helps to increase the concentration skill and they are the best way to be happy. Ones you are satisfied with your life then you can fight against any problems. Learning mainly needs the willpower of achieving the goal. Ones you set the goal in your life then no one can stop you and you will be the happiest person according to you. You have to be fit mentally and physically this will lead positive attitude towards life. Eating good food also matters in life. When you eat good and healthy it will affect your mind also. Healthy food helps to be fresh and alert in every process. So always prefer healthy food which will help you to be positive towards life.
These are some tips to be positive in life. Students must follow such tips to be active in life. Student’s family and surroundings also matter in this process. It’s easy to say but it’ very difficult to be positive 24hours. But have to try to bring positive thoughts in life. It’s really hard to be optimistic in life but to be confident and to achieve something life people must accept optimistic thoughts. Positive thoughts make us confident enthusiastic and bring a kind of energy in life which is very essential to reach one’s goal and lead a successful life.

Focusing on one’s personal spirituality, practicing mindfulness and honoring self-care are known for naturally increasing positivity in your life. These three different acts can seem a bit ambiguous to those who are unfamiliar with the terms. This may be due to the fact that they can have many different meanings to different people, which is why they are personal to your own journey.
Spiritual traditions such as prayer, meditation, yoga, and journaling are meant to nourish the soul and allow time for self-reflection. Mindfulness is becoming more consciously aware of your thoughts and emotions in the present moment. Self-care is intentionally restoring your mind, body, and soul with activities such as disconnecting from the outside world, making yourself a cup of tea or treating yourself with a massage. Whatever act of self-service that helps you to reconnect with yourself with your own being and revive your inner light is good.
Physical Benefits
Our present-day culture tends to feed into the need to be fast-moving and overly productive. Refocusing your attention to your inner-self has the ability to positively transform your physical body, especially after a day of hard work. Using nothing more than your breath and focus, meditation has shown to greatly reduce stress and stress-related conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, post-traumatic stress disorder, and fibromyalgia. If your work allows for you to escape to focus on your personal wellness, be sure to do so — even for as little as five minutes a day. Also, be sure to take advantage of communicating grievances to your manager. You’ll be surprised at how much more motivated and productive you’ll feel, after being honest.
Much like comparing a smoker to a non-smoker, personal choices and habits have an impact on our physical health and our ability to heal our own bodies. Healthcare-related research studies have found that having a connection with spirituality or religion helps ill patients better cope with stress and improves their quality of life. Giancarlo Lucchetti led a study that found that individuals with a strong spiritual connection have an 18 percent reduction in early mortality. This serves as evidence that establishing a spiritual life now may potentially prolong your life.
Positive Self-Image
The mind and body are inextricably connected. Treating the mind and body as a holistic system will aid in creating an overall positive self-image. When your physical body feels healthy and well, so does your mental health and vice versa. Practicing acts of self-care enable you to reinforce positive self-image by accepting that you deserve the best out of life. Self-care does not have to always look the same each time. Integrating routine exercise into your life’s schedule or simply looking at yourself in the mirror and saying the words “I love you” is as intensely impactful as treating yourself to something nice or going on vacation. By treating yourself with love and kindness you are simultaneously manifesting positivity and welcoming it into your life.
Start Young
A large percentage of a young person’s time is spent in school receiving their education. Integrating mindfulness practices into a child’s school day has proven to have many positive impacts. Millions of dollars have been invested into studies on the positive effects of mindfulness practices on students with results showing improved sleep, increased retention rates, and lower anxiety levels. Mindfulness practices not only have positive impacts on them at the time of the practice but the effects carry on throughout schooling into higher education. In one study by the University of California Santa Barbara, it was discovered that integrating mindfulness practices reduced mind-wandering, which helped to improve scores on the reading comprehension portion of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE).
Adapting intentional practices that benefit your mind, body and soul will naturally allow positivity to find you and influence your life. The positive outcomes will spill over onto those who surround you, creating a waterfall effect on all aspects of your life. Welcome and embrace mindfulness, spirituality, and self-care into your everyday routine — at work, school and at home. Every movement, encounter, and thought is an opportunity to intentionally be positive in the present moment.

The tradition of holiday family gatherings is a time-honored way to come together and reinvigorate the family bond. It secures the feeling of belonging, inclusion, and affection — important aspects of emotional well-being. More than that, there’s a certain magic in holiday events that brings joy and happiness to the family.
For some families, a wholesome gathering doesn’t come naturally. Between opinionated clashes on politics, nosiness, and relatives with a flair for the dramatic. Some family gatherings can be an exercise of tolerance and patience. With a little planning, you can turn a challenging group into a positive bonding experience.
Be Inclusive
No one enjoys being left out. Make sure all of your family members feel included and wanted. If you have relatives with special dietary needs, make sure there’s food and drink on hand for them. Don’t hesitate to reach out and see what works best. That amount of care shows them they are wanted and their well-being is important.
Be inclusive of the workload as well. Make sure everyone has a task. This prevents family members from feeling overwhelmed. Also encourages other members to have a stake in the success of the event.
Honor the Sad Times
When the family gets together, it’s natural to talk about the good times — and the bad. Don’t dismiss conversation about sad subjects or abruptly change the subject for fear of it being a downer. Support your family. Let them be heard. Talk about departed family members. Discussing sad topics in a supportive way can help heal your family’s hurts.
Plan a Tension Breaker
If your family always goes off the rails at a certain point, or you’re worried about a political conversation getting to be too heated, plan an “impromptu” event. The event can be anything you can start at a moment’s notice, like taking a walk or playing a game. Even moving from one room to another can break the flow of an unpleasant discussion. It presents the opportunity for you to change to a more positive, pleasant conversation.
Turn the Disappointments Into an Inside Joke
Sometimes trying to change people is just impractical to the point of futility. In those cases, the only thing you can do is change your perspective on the behavior. Turn it into an inside joke — even if the only person in on the joke is you. If you try to see the situation with humor and levity, it won’t bother you nearly as much.
Let Go of Expectations
The holidays might be the most magical time of the year but beware of expecting too much. When you set your expectations too high, it’s easy to get disappointed. Oftentimes those high expectations are not fair to the people around you. If you’re in charge of planning the gathering (or food), high expectations can be unfair to you. Let the little things go, and do what you’re comfortable with. Delegate tasks (it’s a good way to include others!).
Keep Your Good Intentions Close and Your Positivity Closer
Maybe Aunt Linda pesters you every year about why you’re not married. Perhaps Uncle Bob talks down about your career. Little things like this can build up and eventually ruin a family gathering. Adjust your perspective to assume that all of these questions come from a place of positive intent — Aunt Linda wants you to be happy. Uncle Bob wants you to feel happier in your work life. Perhaps they pester you with nosy questions because they miss you, and want to know more about your life. If you try to see these behaviors from a new perspective, one that comes from a place of understanding and positivity, you’ll enjoy your time with your family — no matter the occasion — that much more, for years to come.

Learning how to harness positive energy on a daily basis – transform your daily routine with these tried and true methods for attracting positive vibes.
Sometimes it can be too much to go through a day without feeling exhausted both physically and mentally. We all need some positive vibes and energy to do our daily tasks no matter what.
While some people have it in their bones to attract positive energy without much effort, others struggle to find a safe haven that can help them relax and unwind. What are some of the tried and true things you can do in order to attract some positive energy into your life right now and start your day anew?
1. Learn to let go
Holding grudges towards your friends or acquaintances rarely ends well. While sometimes it may create office rivalry or healthy competition, at other times it can create rifts between would-be friends. Learn to let go of the negative thoughts you may be harboring towards someone else.
The truth is that we simply don’t know where some people come from and what brought them to confront us in the first place. Keep this in your mind the next time you come face-to-face with an ill thought towards someone.
2. Listening to upbeat music
Positive vibes come in many forms, not the least of which is music that can help you overcome negative thoughts. Many genres such as jazz, chill or acoustic can help you not only relax but embrace the day in a different perspective.
Don’t rely on music that emphasizes dancing or electronic instruments that serve to make your heart race. Music that relaxes and lets you think is the best way to attract some positive vibes in no time whatsoever.
3. Visualize before acting
We are all guilty of acting on impulse and regretting the decisions we have made. Visualizing the action you are about to enact is a good way of letting yourself think before doing something you might regret. The same applies to college tests, job interviews, and even company meetings.
Every word you say can and will have a ripple effect on your life moving forward. Visualize those results in different scenarios and you will live a much more positive daily life as a result.
4. Less future talk
Talking about the future and planning your career is great. However, those plans should be as loose as possible if you don’t want to bum yourself out later on. People map their lives out to a great extent only to realize that a lot of what is happening around them isn’t under direct control.
Think about the future as an idea but never let yourself rely on a “better tomorrow” just because you are dealing with a lot of things right now. Focus on what’s important in the moment and let the future happen by itself.
5. Learn to embrace, not hate
Of course, you are not going to like the new dress your wife bought for herself. Your son might come home with a low grade and feel scared to even come near you because of it. The favorite pizza place you often visited has been shut down indefinitely with no hopes of coming back. These things will happen all the time and they are all part of life. Hating yourself, those around you or something third entirely won’t bring you any more happiness.
Learn to embrace change and the things coming your way without jumping to conclusions. Shutting off most of the hate will automatically make your positive energy skyrocket without you even realizing it.
6. Be as objective as possible
Most of the negativity in our lives can be attributed to subjectivity. We are the product of our parents, friends, family, and society. They shaped us into who we are today, and the person we became sometimes comes to contact with things it doesn’t really like.
This is where objectivity comes into play as a means to distance ourselves from negativity. Just because someone is different or does something different than we’d like them to it doesn’t mean they are unworthy of our attention. Be objective as much as possible and don’t let your personal judgment come in the way of happiness.
7. Express through writing
One of the easiest and most creative ways to express your inner thoughts and emotions is through writing. Anyone can write, whether they want to admit that or not. While some people are more apt to write essays, others prefer song lyrics or wordplay. You can even use a professional service such as rewardedessays to help you out with editing and formatting if you are unable to manage by yourself.
The most important thing is to let your mind and hand do most of the work without thinking about the end result. Depressurize your mind and let go of stray thoughts by putting them on paper and seeing what comes of it.
8. Spend time in nature
Nature is one of the best positive energy conductors on the planet. You don’t have to go too far to enjoy nature to its fullest. Local parks, riverside walkways or even mountain paths can be a good way to stretch your legs and breathe some fresh air. Being inside too much is one of the main causes of depression and anxiety which are directly linked to negative energy. Do yourself a favor and go out as much as possible for short stretches of time.
9. Act selflessly now and then
While volunteer work and NGOs aren’t for everyone, you can still do something selfless every now and then without expecting a reward. There are people all around us who are suffering to unimaginable degrees, not the least of which are homeless people without hope for redemption.
Giving someone money on the street, standing up in the city bus or letting someone in line in front of you is a gentle gesture that most will be shocked by. Do something that will make you happy for someone you barely even know and see your positive energy shift to a whole new level.
10. Shut off the negative
Negative people will always be around to make us feel miserable without even realizing it. While some people struggle with family or close friends, others are under constant pressure from coworkers or college professors. Learn to let go of their negativity by trying to understand things from their point of view.
Very rarely will someone be mean to you by pure chance – there is always a good reason for their personal reasoning and suffering. Shut these negative influences out by focusing on yourself and what makes you happy in life.
11. Accept yourself
Many of us are unhappy with the way we look, sound, walk or talk. It is very little we can do to change what our parents gave us and most people find that unsatisfying. Accepting yourself for who you really are is one of the best things you can do in a lifetime.
The amount of happiness and positive energy on the other side of fear is something you should seriously consider. Just think about all the people who can’t walk or see with their own eyes and what they would do to be in your place. The world is a cruel place and you should be your own best asset in making ends meet in life.
12. Smile a little
Smiling does a lot more than just show your teeth to whoever you are talking to. It shows that you are genuinely ready to listen to your fellow speaker and attract positive energy wherever you go. Sometimes smiling in front of the mirror for a couple of seconds can make all the bad thoughts go away.
It can be hard to make yourself smile if the world simply won’t give you a much-needed break but it does help to try. Repeat this small ritual any time you feel as if you are too deep in negativity and need to vent a little.
13. Learn to say “no”
Accepting to help others is a noble gesture up to a point where people start abusing it. There will always be coworkers or friends who want something free of charge and want it as soon as possible. Saying “no” to these people isn’t a bad thing – you do have your own life and worries to take care of.
Learn which tasks and favors are worth your time and don’t commit to promises you don’t intend to keep. Keeping your head clear of all the favors and promises that need to be cashed in will make you a more positive thinker in more ways than one.
14. Do some cardio
Sometimes all you need is a jog to clear your mind. Some people prefer treadmills while others opt for bikes or rollers. Anything that involves your physical exercise is a good release mechanism for negative energy. Being positive is far easier if you feel good about your body.
Give yourself a few moments of cardio each day in order to fill that positive energy bar to it’s fullest any time you feel you need to get out of the house. You might even meet a new friend or see something interesting along the way.
15. Live in here and now
A huge portion of negative energy can be dismissed simply by focusing on the task at hand. If you are at work, or at college, focus on what is happening at the moment. Don’t think about what might happen in several weeks or what happened the month before. Those things don’t matter as much as the moment you are in right now.
The present gives you a chance to shape your life to an unimaginable degree. Use that opportunity to take hold of your life and attract positive energy willingly, without worrying about what happened or might happen.
Living a positive life
Being positive 24/7 is nigh impossible and you shouldn’t push yourself to achieve that state. There will always be something that bugs us at night and doesn’t go away no matter what we do. Learn to accept the things you can’t change and be aware of the things happening around you at the present. Only then will you be able to truly attract positive energy and learn to live your life more productively.

Disclaimer: This article is primarily intended for teachers and parents. Still, it can prove insights for anyone interested in the converging disciplines of ‘Teaching’ and ‘Learning’. Anyone who can bear the sight of academic concepts tucked in ‘hither and thither’ within the prose. So reader discretion is advised…
What is the best way to impart a quality education?
One that does not restrict the student’s intellectual scope, but encourages it to grow uniformly. Both within the confines of the curriculum and without it.
In this post, I will attempt to address this question, as well as try to anticipate the direction in which the Online Learning venture is headed. The role that ‘positive’ technologies – such as Constructivist teaching models – will inevitably play in the future will also be shed light upon.
When scholars and researchers analyze learning & teaching methods academically, they tend to emerge with not-very-dissimilar conclusions.
“A general optimism/freshness of outlook and theoretical perspective is a critical component of every sound and collaborative teaching regimen.”
The traditional stances pertaining to this issue have largely given way to more information-sharing & knowledge-construction frameworks. These have been explored in full through the progressive/constructivist paradigm of imparting education. As a result, it might be a good idea to explore the future of learning from today’s vantage point.
Because when the end is clear, the journey becomes easy (or so they say)!
Note: All theoretical approaches referenced in this article blog post have been acquired through the Spectrum Internet Plans
On Positivity within the Classroom: A Personal Account
I’d like to state that by ‘positivity’ I do not wish to make allusions to the concept of ‘scientific positivism’. ‘Positivity’ has to be taken in its more literal and psychologically-subjective sense – to be made sensible for our purposes.
Positive vs. Humane Reinforcement
In virtually all interactive sessions that I had within my classrooms, one core teaching principle seems to have consistently stood my test of time and experience. I call this teaching positive reinforcement.
This is different from humane reinforcement, in which the child on the receiving end of an academic check is left scarred with a debilitating sense of failure. As most psychological authorities would attest, adolescent and pre-adolescent children are particularly susceptible to negative feedback. Even if it should be warranted and conveyed politely.
As I have learned through my fourteen years of classroom engagement, the best way to communicate your disapproval of a student’s work performance is to not intone the said verbal or textual correspondence as such.
Learning from My Mistake
When starting out as a fresh instructor, I continually committed an error. I used to be very direct and straightforward with my impressionable young ‘charges’; as I referred to them in my Victorian state-of-mind back then.
At this point, I’m sure that you can gauge something about my psyche from these involuntary admissions. I generally believe that a teacher should be like an open book, with a transparent subjectivity that can be understood. Charismatic and forceful figures have the uncanny influence of dictating their opinions to others.
It wasn’t long before I discovered the great degree of animosity and willful contempt that started to radiate from each and every one of them. Even from some of my star pupils, who I always attempted to laud loudly in front of everyone.
Instead of imparting learning and improving students social skills, I had unconsciously become responsible for brewing up a mob-like sentiment in the group. One that was fast on its way to imploding from within. That means with pupil turned against a fellow pupil. Which wanted to bind me in a body bag!
Making changes
My moment of redemption actually came from the instigations of one of my more discerning students. This pupil indirectly attempted to point out the egregious folly of my ways. I asked about what I could do to make my attempts at consolidating a more congenial and ‘breathe-easy’ environment within the classroom. She offered an apt retort: Don’t ever criticize, or say wrong, to any one of us, Miss. Like, never!
And I have not only stuck to this wise commandment ever since but have also traced its echoes in some of the leading pedagogical theories of the 20th century. All these theoretical approaches can be thought of as abstract technologies in their own right.
This is because they provide teachers with a tested framework of assumptions. Which can be used to come up with innovative results in particular learning environments.
On the Importance of Positive Intent within the Classroom
But what is true of all of these in-class approaches? It is that the dually-conjoined issues of teacher politeness/compassion and positive attentiveness serve as de facto limiting factors to the success of any instructing venture. If a certain tutor happens to fall short in terms of these matters, he/she risks the viability of the entire academic program.
Irrespective of which theoretical teaching model is adhered to. And till date, I haven’t come across even one educationist, who would be willing to sabotage the one vocation that he/she adores the most – that is tutoring.
There are ‘no wrong answers’, but only different ways of interpreting the same sociological & rational phenomena, therefore a skilled instructor can initiate two-way dialogues with students. Not a one-way exchange of information.
This technique inculcates a sense of confidence in the minds of students. It encourages them to build and refine their own knowledge-bases consistently. When a tutor is conceived as more of a negotiator of knowledge, and not its immaculate & singularly-authoritative repository, true learning can be facilitated.
Learning needs to be dialectical, requiring the constant input of all members. It should not be construed as a canvas to showcase the skills-set of the individual delivering the information.
For the betterment of all, that is!
Online Learning – Its Current & Future Prospects
The advent of the Internet Age brought with it an entire host of opportunities for education services to the masses. With the backing of the One-World vision, the World Wide Web sought to transform the way in which information-dissemination began to be grappled with as an initiative.
It wasn’t long before major university institutions started offering their distance education services to students. These virtual programs are also bound by the strict legal stipulations observed in the original brick-and-mortar academic sites. Upon the successful completion of an e-learning regimen, a student is subsequently awarded a certified university degree.
Addressing Current Distance Learning Programs
Although current distance education programs are fully interactive and dialogic, they have faced their fair share of criticisms. Proponents of the current virtual learning model argue in favor of maintaining some semblance of a structure. They argue that the complete dissolution of existing paradigms for the sake of entrenching a more pluralistic model will lead to a state of postmodernist chaos ensuing within the classroom. Their detractors espouse a more ‘internationalist’ view of the teaching/learning environment.
With the contention that currently exists between these two pedagogical camps, one thing is certain. The future of online learning will definitely feature a more diversified blending-in of all known theoretical approaches. And the teaching virtues of a rigorous brand of optimism and continual hope will form an integral part of this learner-oriented future.
And in my opinion, the world, with all its legions of young learners destined to take the reign of global management from their predecessors, will be better off for it!

Have you been feeling empty and tired recently? Okay, these are the first signs of coming depression. Not to develop it to the full extent, you need to get out from the darkness and come back to the light of life. We know what you need to cure the upcoming disease – positive thinking! If you wish to find out how to reduce stress by positive thinking, then keep on reading!
Stop Negative Self-Talk
Everyone talks to oneself, right? The point is how you do that in various situations. For example, you failed the exam in college. The first thing that comes to your mind has to be probably: “I am useless” or “I failed it again.” Guess what? This is a completely wrong way of thinking. You should get rid of such thoughts right away!
Instead, you have to forgive yourself and motivate for the future: “Next time, I will do better,” or “It is okay to make mistakes. I have still passed the test though the score is not the best.” If you are feeling the depression is coming, change the strict attitude to yourself by comforting kind words.
Be Grateful
You should always be grateful to everything that surrounds you. In the period of upcoming depression, you should remind yourself of how grateful you are even more. To embrace a more positive attitude, you have to stop for a moment and see how much you have: the loving family, the opportunity to study in college, two arms and two legs that allow you to function fully, and many other things.
To understand clearer what you should be grateful for, write down all the things you have, both material and nonmaterial, and smile when the list is over. Why smile? Because there are many things you should say “Thank you” for when you wake up each morning!
Positive Thinking Meditation
If you do not feel that anything mentioned above helps, then try positive thinking meditation each day. 20 minutes a day will be enough – concentrate on positive thoughts and observe yourself from outside.
Make slow deep breaths and reflect on something that brings you joy – it might be the sunny day at the sea or walking with your dog or spending time with your funny friends. Reflect on how much joy it brings you and smile inside and out.
If you try and think positive, stress will never appear in your life again! Can you not think positive because you are overloaded with tedious essays? Relax! Have a look at our editing services for students and get back to meditation!
Laugh More
Laughter is an amazing thing that is able to reduce the stress and make our lives longer. If you do not find any reason to laugh in your everyday life, just look at its funniest part!
First of all, you should surround yourself with people who are able to make you laugh. If you do not have any, watch the comedies on TV or enter the groups on Facebook that will post one joke per day minimum. After waking up, visit the group, read the joke, and get the positive vibes for the rest of the day. How to find the correct group? Well, do you love the animals? Then, enter the group 9GAG Cute where funny videos with adorable pets are posted. Seriously, you will not be able to resist and not laugh and melt looking at the cute puppies and kittens.
Justify the Person’s Bad Behavior
Each time you hear something negative directed at you, do not take it personally. The polite and thoroughbred person will never say anything nasty to anyone. If the person still does something bad, you need to understand that s/he might be upset or angry, s/he might be going through the relationship crisis, or someone is sick in his/her family.
The person says it to lash out and not to hurt anyone. Plus, you might misinterpret his/her intentions and understand him/her wrong. You need to think positively and say to yourself: “I simply misunderstood him/her. S/he did not mean what s/he said,” or “This person had a bad day – I should not feel grumpy about what s/he said.” Think positive and do not allow anyone to ruin your day!

“Life has many ways of testing a person’s will, either by having nothing happening at all or by having happened all at once.” ~ Paulo Coelho
If you want to attract love in your life, then you have to give love first. Confirming the love given here will help you to become a lover.
Humans cannot live without air, food, water, and love. As you can see, only love is the abstract of four indispensable things for life.
That’s why we see in society that when people are not able to find love among humans, many people adopt pets. Thus, in one or another form, love should be present in life.
However, just because you want that love, does not mean that you will get love.
First of all, you have to give love. Only when you give love, you will get love. And to give love, you must first love yourself!
Use an affirmation to attract love
There are different ways of experiencing love, some like touching and feeling, some people like to hear love whispering in their ears, others like to show some love with gifts.
The best way to get to love the way you want is to share it with those people you love. Love affirmations will help you in your efforts.
Become a loving person. We draw those people in our lives who mirror our personalities.
Therefore, if you want people to love you, begin to love better people, use a love affirmation for the purpose.
The following love affirmation should be your constant companion.
If you feel like making your own love affirmations to attract love and to replicate them, mix two or more positive references, preferably in front of a mirror, at least one hundred times daily for six to seven months daily.
As time passes, you will find that after making a conscious effort without any hesitation, you will become a more loving person and attract more people who love your life.
1. Life Is Good
Life is good. But why is it so easy to focus on the bad and forget everything else? When you’re single, it’s easy to think like that.
How It Can Help: When you have a positive outlook on life, naturally you have a positive attitude towards your relationship. That can only make things better.
What To Do: Practice Gratitude. Some people find it useful to keep a gratitude journal so you have something to look back on when it’s hard to muster positivity.
2. I Deserve This
You absolutely deserve love and happiness. You deserve romance, true partnership, and anything else that you want out of a relationship.
How It Can Help: When you feel like you do not deserve the good things in your life, you create a self-fulfilling prophecy. The same is true when you feel like you are worthy. Also, feeling like you are not worth is Not cool.
What To Do: Remind yourself that you deserve this happiness whenever you feel doubt. Give you a mini pep-talk.
3. I’m Beautiful
Of course, you are beautiful. You have to be able to rely on yourself and your own self-worth.
How it can help: Being able to see your beauty is part of healthy self-esteem, and healthy self-esteem is necessary for healthy relationships.
What To Do: Stop all negative thoughts. You may be wondering how many times you have to do, but do not give up. You’ll finally retain your brain.
4. This Is My True Partner
Your partner is not a child you have to look after, a master you have to serve, a defocus you have to deal with.
How It Can Help: Equality is a beautiful thing. It makes life easier, and fairer, but also more enjoyable.
What to Do: Share the responsibility! Share the love, share the work, share the blame. Compromise. Approach life as a team.
5. This Person Is Not My Everything
It can feel like this, but this is not true. You have to be the center of your world as a healthy, independent, full rich person.
How It Can Help: When your attitude is to increase your lifestyle but is not your everything, you keep your friends, maintain your hobbies and interests, and basically you are happy. And if the day comes when you lose them, you’re still fine on your own feet, no matter how sad it is.
What To Do: Be you. Keep your friends. Get a healthy place where you can be alone and take care of yourself, even if you are in a relationship. Appreciate that your partner is amazing, but never lose sight of your personality.

Impact People and their lives. Seeing someone you have helped in the past being upbeat and doing well is always a positive thing. Knowing that you could be the one to touch their lives and be that ray of light that they needed is a special feeling.
Then one day you run into them again, on a break or just in the hall at work. You see them and you start smiling and so do they. In this instance, I smiled and he smiled and said…
1. “You must be my angel”
Of course, I had no idea what he meant or how to respond, but he proceeds to tell me that he is suicidal again. I had a feeling that something was wrong when I saw him but just asked how he was doing.
This is a very heartbreaking issue for anyone to experience, whether you are the one that is suicidal or the one they come to for help. Was glad I was at the right place at the right time for him, but still, it was a sad moment.
Put on my smile and patted his shoulder to let him know that everything was going to be alright and walked with him to the clinic. Helped him check-in and stayed with him to make sure he was comfortable while waiting. I told him I would stay but he smiles and assures me he will be fine.
2. All of this to say, you never know how much you impact someone
You never know when that one special person will be a part of your life. Just stop for a moment and think about how you react or will react in certain situations. There will always be someone who needs that extra smile, that little extra bit of encouragement in life.
Often people ignore situations or one another. Ignoring them by looking down and not smiling or listening to them. You might be able to tell there is a problem going on but do not want to get involved.
3. Chose to care
For example, I could have just spoken to this man, smiled, and walked on. I CHOSE to take the extra step and listen. That because I picked up on the fact that something might be wrong.
When you see a co-worker or even a stranger looking sad or know they are having a bad day and you smile at them or just speak to them, they feel you care.
Having an impact on someone means that you took the extra time to care. No matter how small you think it is, I can promise you that it is noticed.
4. Take the time to get involved!
Just that one smile or conversation could be a life-changing moment for them, even though it seems simple to you.
For example, the next time you see a homeless person in McDonalds or a gas station, someone you see each day on your way to work, just smile at them or tell them good morning.
It is really the simple things in life that stick with someone. It really does not take much to be nice or have an impact, sometimes we just need to be reminded. I truly hope that these words make at least one person stop to think.
