Best 7 Tips to Keep Away Job Search Anxieties and Get Hired

Seeking new employment is stressful. Regardless of qualifications, experience, finesse or other capabilities, searching a job causes anxiety and stress. It affects the overall performance of a job seeker at interviews, psychometric and other tests. It hinders personal life. Several factors contribute towards anxiety related to job search.

Defining anxiety and its types

The US government’s National Institute of Mental Health offers this astute definition of anxiety: “Occasional anxiety is a normal part of life. You might feel anxious when faced with a problem at work, before taking a test or making an important decision. But anxiety disorders involve more than temporary worry or fear.

For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. The feelings can interfere with daily activities such as job performance, school work, and relationships. There are several different types of anxiety disorders. Examples include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder.”

NIMH’s definition elucidates, job search related anxiety is occasional. It manifests during the entire span of job search process – from application to the first day at work. Anxiety levels are severe among unemployed yet qualified, experienced job applicants.

Fresh graduates have moderate job search related anxieties, a research in the UK reveals. Unemployed suffer more due to financial and social problems caused by joblessness. Uncertainty causes anxiety among fresh graduates searching jobs.

Job search related anxiety is lowest and almost negligible among people of all ages looking to change employers, due to financial and social stability they enjoy.

Lowering anxiety levels

Anxiety is healthy up to a certain degree. It helps job seekers remain alert, exert extra efforts and gain more skills to remain competitive.

Unhealthy anxiety has severe adverse effects. Job searchers may run into both of depression, mood swings, and unwarranted despair.

Left untreated, may lead to suicidal tendencies and prove fatal. Preventing deleterious anxiety is essential.

Step-1: Never fudge your biodata/ Curriculum Vitae

Embellishing biodata by adding or withholding details is the primary cause of job search related anxiety. The lurking fear of being found and disqualified worries most job seekers. People doctor biodata and CVs for two reasons. To show they are better qualified for the job over others, or, to conceal unpleasant facts.

An increasing number of employers now conduct background checks. Fudged details can be easily detected. To avoid anxiety during job searches, never embellish your biodata. Companies never look at your past and are least concerned unless it directly impacts them adversely. Employers are interested in what you can deliver.

Step-2: Apply while employed

Being unemployed can be very unpleasant. It causes financial, social hardships. People frown upon qualified persons who, for any reason, are unemployed. Pressures to maintain a fixed lifestyle with no guarantees of income causes severe anxiety among job seekers. Such anxiety can easily be eradicated.

Apply for a new job while employed. Doing so helps to maintain your financial and social status. You also retain the advantage of bargaining for better pay and perks with any prospective employer. If unemployed, draw a budget to buffer days without income.

Step-3: Upgrade your skills

Whether working or unemployed, it is vital to keep your skills updated at all times. A new set of skills might not help your current employer. Yet, they give you an edge over other applicants for the same job.

Companies look for multi-taskers and employees with better soft skills. Knowing you are on a higher plane over competitors plays a big role in lowering and preventing job search anxieties.

Step-4: Stop praying for a job

Before screaming sacrilege, think yourself. Ceasing to pray for a job is essential to prevent job search anxieties. Nobody doubts the innate benefits of praying and dependence upon a divine power.

Prayers are encouraged at all times and are indeed healthy. For those spiritually inclined- remember, the divine power is responsible and promises to suffice your genuine needs.

Unanswered, delayed replies to prayers are known to cause immense frustration. Several applicants get habituated to incessant praying instead of focusing on realities required in the job market.

Step-5: Simulate work conditions

This is an ideal way to prevent anxiety during a job search. Unemployed or fresh job seeker, draw a schedule that resembles a typical working day. Wake up, sleep, have meals at fixed hours. Assign specific hours for job searches and application, regardless of whether you use a computer at home or at cyber café.

Set realistic targets for the number of job searches and applications you intend to achieve within eight ‘working’ hours. Go about achieving this target. Such schedule also helps respond instantly to any interview calls.

Step-6: Focus on mental, physical wellness

Unhealthy lifestyle is notorious for fuelling anxiety and stress. Unemployed and fresh job seekers often spend long hours sleeping or indulging in ungainful activity.

Your physique and face betray such lifestyle clearly to interviewers. Maintaining healthy lifestyle and diet helps prevent a build-up of excess brain and body hormones triggered by stress.

Exercises, yoga, walks and other activities keep job search related anxiety at bay. Reading stuff unrelated to jobs, helping at home, spending quality time with relatives and friends is excellent to stave off anxiety.

Step-7: Focused, purpose-driven targeting

Nowadays most job searches are conducted online. Applicants scour multiple job sites for vacancies. They upload CV and other details on these websites. Mobile apps alert applicants about new vacancies and allow applications at push of a button.

The flip side however is, job alerts sent by recruiter websites are frequently irrelevant, causing unwarranted stress and anxiety. They waste your time and effort.

When applying through recruitment websites, be extremely specific about the type of job you want. This increases chances of getting alerted to the perfect vacancy fast. Avoid unnecessary keywords while registering on employment portals.

Think out of the box

Remember, anxiety stems from imagination gone rancid. Left unchecked, it can putrefy into severe mental handicap that requires psychiatric intervention. Crime statistics worldwide clearly indicate unemployment and inability to find job leads to suicide.

A few also take to crime. Joblessness is a temporary phase that affects everyone’s life. It is not peculiar to you. Job search related anxiety is common and inflicts millions worldwide.

Go that extra mile

Keeping in touch with former colleagues is an excellent way to get rid of job search related anxiety. Visit offices of others operating in your profession to get acquainted with latest developments. Joining profession specific groups on social media helps bolster sagging confidence.

Advantages of goal setting

While searching for jobs, set goals about the size and type of company you wish to work. Resolve never to undersell your skills, regardless of the time taken to land that perfect job. It is wiser to stay unemployed for a few weeks more rather than take undesirable work.

Well prepared is key to success

Some degree of anxiety during job searches is caused by complacency on part of applicants. Leaving fine details until the last minute before an interview/ test causes unwarranted stress. Keep your certificates, references and other documents prepared before you commence applying.

Exploit the social media

A crisp page on LinkedIn and healthy Facebook profile can decide who hires you. Employers are increasingly looking at social media presence of prospective employees, despite inherent disadvantages. LinkedIn particularly helps you network with others in your chosen profession and fetches you vital tips and tweaks essentially to crack complex interviews and tests.

How Motivation Affects Your Health: Key Things To Know

Motivation is something that provides us with the energy that we need to purse the results. We can gain this strength either from within us or from external sources. So, it can either be an extrinsic or an intrinsic motivation.

What is the extrinsic motivation?

It is a type, where we gain the inspiration from external sources. For instance, you get it from your friend or your family member. They might use their words to provoke you to perform something.

What is the intrinsic motivation?

As the name of this impetus very well defines, it is the one that arises from within you. For instance, if you are a self-motivated individual, you might feel from within that you should achieve something. It can be something related to your studies, your job or even your personal life.

Is motivation always good?

When we see the outline, the enthusiasm is good. It keeps us moving. In fact, without motivation, we cannot wake up every day to lead our life. We wake up just because we have the desire to live and this desire acts as a stimulus from within.
On the flip side, the provocation from within or from external sources can create a whole lot of stress. When it forms a tension to achieve, it is not good.

You know the effects of stress on the human body. Yes, the excessive pressure faced by people these days in their professional and personal life forces them to health issues. They get high blood pressure and diabetes at a very young age. Even, it takes to life-threatening conditions like heart failure, thereby risking the lives of individuals.

What are the ill-effects of motivation?

Ill-effects of intrinsic motivation

  • It can change the behavior
  • Needs a particular attention and lengthy preparation
  • A wide range of approaches might be required to feel self-motivated.

Ill-effects of extrinsic motivation

  • Provides distraction
  • Difficulty in identifying appropriate punishment and rewards
  • In-effective after a longer period
  • Once the external motivator removes the prize, the impulse goes away

Effect of motivation on Dopamine

Dopamine is a compound that is present in the body as a neurotransmitter. It is a forerunner of other substances inclusive of adrenaline. Neurotransmitters are responsible for carrying chemical messages that play in the brain and have an effect on the other parts of the body. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that plays a crucial role in the science of motivation.

Effect of dopamine on the health

Low levels dopamine can lead to lack of motivation. So, naturally, the production of this neurotransmitter will increase if you are motivated. At high doses, it can correct low blood pressure because of low systemic vascular resistance. It is useful in treating hypotension, reduced perfusion of the body organ and low cardiac output.

If you are too much motivated, you will have a lot of stress in your mind to achieve the goal. When the dopamine instigates the release of stress hormones, the response can quickly turn into bad. When stressed, many changes will happen in your body. If you do not take adequate sleep at nights due to high-stress levels, it can, in turn, have an ill-effect on your overall health.

Stress can contribute to chronic inflammation, which, in turn, will affect your digestive system, endocrine system, cardiovascular system and also the skin. All these things can leave your body open to diseases like cancer and rheumatoid arthritis.
Even, it can lead to psychological issues like permanent memory loss, sleep disturbances, depression, and difficulties with learning, attention-deficits, anger, agitation, and anxiety.

Conclusion:

As the famous adage goes “Too much of anything is good for nothing”. It holds true in the case of motivation too. So, you can stay motivated, but you should know how to relax yourself to prevent the stress building.

Why You Should Focus on a Healthy Lifestyle Every Day

In order to have a happy and healthy life, you have to work on your lifestyle. While it would be amazing to download an app that changes our life for the better, that is impossible, and you have to make some effort. A healthy lifestyle is a combination of a well-balanced and fitness along with healthy sleep pattern, avoiding alcohol, and stress management.

A common misconception is that it’s enough to work on just one or two of these factors and experience tremendous benefits. For instance, some people make diet tweaks but overlook fitness entirely. The new year is almost here, and one of your resolutions is to focus on a healthy lifestyle. Here are some important reasons why you should introduce fitness into your life.

We don’t exercise enough…

Some people have an active lifestyle while others exercise occasionally or not at all. The US Department of Health and Human Services reports that less than 5% of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day. Also, only one in three adults achieves the recommended amount of physical activity within a week. More than 80% of the US adults don’t meet aerobic and muscle-strengthening exercise guidelines just like 80% of teens.

…and obesity rates in the US reached all-time high

Due to consumption of unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle, rates of overweight and obesity have risen significantly in the US. In fact, they reached all-time high according to the latest report published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Their figures show that about four in ten US adults have a BMI that classifies them as obese. Shockingly, adult obesity rates have increased from 30.5% in 1999-2000 to 39.6% in 2015-16.

Fitness aids weight management

Overweight and obesity increase the risk of different diseases and health conditions. Excess weight has a negative effect on quality of life. Makes you more susceptible to diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. It’s more likely to develop arthritis, and so much more. A growing body of evidence confirms that physical activity is vital for weight management.

One study analyzed the efficacy of aerobic exercise on weight loss. Results found that weight loss from baseline to 10 months for 400 and 600kcal/session groups were 4.9kg and 5.6kg while people in control group (no aerobic activity) gained weight.

Testosterone Boost

As men age, their testosterone levels decrease. This process is accelerated by many factors including a sedentary lifestyle. Symptoms associated with low testosterone include weak drive, fat accumulation, weight gain, loss of muscle mass, hair loss, and many others.

On the other hand, fitness increases production of this much-needed hormone, thus preventing all these symptoms. Fitness might protect you from health conditions contributed by hormonal imbalance. For instance, a study of the Mechanisms of Ageing and Development found that strength training can induce growth hormone and testosterone increase in men regardless of their age.

Stress management

Lack of sleep, busy lifestyle, too many things to do but not enough time… These are just some of many factors that cause stress. When left unresolved, stress creates numerous problems. Can lead to low energy, lack of productivity, and it contributes to many other problems such as anxiety, depression.

Stress can also aggravate symptoms of some health condition you may have. Fitness proves to be an amazing way to alleviate stress and get some much-needed relaxation.

Plus, the Journal of the Osteopathic Association published a study which found that workouts in a group setting have a more favorable effect on stress reduction and quality of life than individual training sessions. This is an amazing reason to start working out with your friends.

You’ll sleep better

Modern lifestyle and sleep deprivation seem to go hand in hand, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Lack of sleep depletes your energy, makes it difficult for you to function at work and school. Also contributes to weight gain, and it affects cognitive functioning.

Introduce fitness into your lifestyle, and you’ll sleep better. The journal Mental Health and Physical Activity found that people who exercise regularly feel less sleepy during the day. Workout helps you sleep better at night. Other studies confirmed that regular physical activity improves quality of sleep in the middle- to older adults with sleep problems.

Enhanced libido

As seen above, regular physical activity is tied to improved testosterone production. Testosterone is important for your drive, which is why the decreased concentration of this hormone causes low libido.

A sedentary lifestyle is a major killer of your drive due to its effect on weight gain, hormone levels, and impaired blood flow. A study published in the Archives of Behavior revealed that men who exercise regularly experienced greater enhancement.

Not only regular exercise helps increase libido, but it also allows you to perform better between the sheets. See, fitness pays off.

Stronger Erection

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is defined as the inability to achieve and maintain an erection firm enough to have intercourse. Occasional erectile dysfunction is a common problem, but in some men, it can be persistent.
Although can be frustrating for both an affected man and his significant other, this problem is entirely manageable.

The British Journal of Sports Medicine featured a study which found that men with ED could benefit from exercise or any other type of physical activity.

Sharper memory

Our cognitive abilities fluctuate just like everything else. Sometimes your memory, focus, problem-solving skills, and other cognitive functions are on “fire”. Though, in other instances, you struggle. That’s because different factors influence your brain health and its functioning, and sedentary lifestyle is one of them. Introducing fitness to your lifestyle will lead to many positive changes and sharp memory is one of them.

Regular exercise is a strong promoter of cognitive health, studies show. Physical activity influences molecular events via epigenetic mechanisms that have the potential to modulate cognitive abilities. Unhealthy lifestyle characteristic for the modern age is the main culprit of obesity. This is also associated with neurological disorders that hamper cognitive function.

According to researchers from the Harvard University, fitness improves your memory in both direct and indirect manner. When it comes to the direct influence of exercise on memory and cognitive skills, physical activity reduces insulin resistance, inflammation, and stimulates the release of growth factors (chemicals that participate in brain cells’ health). Exercise also promotes the growth of new blood vessels in your brain and production of new brain cells.

The indirect impact of exercise on brain and memory is through its ability to improve sleep and mood. Sleep deprivation and stress/anxiety negatively affect cognitive abilities. We can say that fitness takes an all-around approach toward sharper memory.

Conclusion

Even though most people don’t like to exercise, fitness is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. As seen throughout this article, fitness is necessary for weight management, memory, performance, testosterone, sleep, and many other things.

In order to get the maximum out of your daily workouts, you should pair it with a well-balanced diet. Remember, any kind of activity is better than no activity at all. Your fitness routine should involve something you’re passionate about because you’re more likely to stick to it this way.

3 Simple Tips On How Nutrition Affects Your Happiness

When we feel good, and when our body is healthy, we’re happier. That’s pretty basic logic even children can grasp, so why do we struggle with proper nutrition so much?
A lot of it has to do with poor habits steeped in childhood (such as food insecurity). Also using food for comfort and the addictive nature of some foods are bad habits. Any type of addiction, including sugar addiction, can cause depression, mood swings, dependency, and much more. Addiction to sugar can also encourage binge eating disorder (BED). This is a type of eating disorder, as well as the night-eating syndrome (NES).

1. It’s not all bad news for sweet lovers

Cacao, the ingredient in chocolate, releases the same endorphins we enjoy when we fall in love. Of course, addiction to endorphins is also possible, and it’s all about moderation. Still, when consumed in moderation, we’re able to alter our mood for the better.
Dark chocolate also comes with a myriad of potential health benefits. It’s a natural superfood antioxidant. Is good for heart health and cognitive function, and protects from free radicals. Aim for dark chocolate that’s at least 85%. The strength of the flavor and lack of dairy/sugar also helps keep you from over-eating.

2. Lack of proper nutrition and malnutrition is, unsurprisingly, linked to bad moods

Those with restrictive eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia are known for having intense mood swings. This eating disorder includes purging but also covers any activity that removes calories to an excessive degree, such as exercising for hours.

It makes sense because our bodies are machines that require not just fuel, but the right fuel, to function properly. Lack of nutrition is linked to insomnia because the natural instinct to look for food trumps anything else, including the need for sleep. Radical changes in blood sugar levels can also impact a person’s mood. Malnutrition and lack of proper nutrition don’t make for a happy disposition.

3. False energy

Depending too much on false energy boosts such as caffeine, whether in soda or coffee, can also shift a person’s happiness position. We live in a culture where it’s not just accepted but encouraged by jokes and memes to be a monster before that morning cup of coffee.
However, needing caffeine – the most commonly used in the west – in order to function is a clear sign of dependency. If you think you’re addicted to caffeine, you likely suffer from at least moderate mood swings dependent on your intake. Try starting the morning with warm lemon water first and wait at least 30 minutes before consuming caffeine. Green and black tea, which contain caffeine but less than coffee, are a good alternative and come with health benefits.

For some, adopting a vegetarian lifestyle boosts their happiness quotient. That’s because they consider “kind eating” healthier for the planet. It’s not the right fit for everyone, but it highlights the importance of researching and knowing what’s in your food and how that impacts your happiness.

5 Good Reasons to Start Your Day with Morning Meditation

Meditation is one of the most delightful ways to start our mornings with. Don’t get me wrong, doing this activity anytime during the day can be beneficial for both our mental and physical health, but mornings have a special vibe to them!  Breathing in, breathing out, and letting ourselves go with the flow is just easier in the mornings, right after our good night’s sleep.

There are a lot of people who include meditation in their morning routines, which I personally find it smart to do. You don’t really need more than five to ten minutes to meditate if you really focus on your thinking. Get rid of distractions and just be yourself, alone, with your thoughts.

So why mornings? Whenever we wake up, we feel powerful and determined to begin our day, don’t we? Pressing stop on that ‘strength’ and letting our feelings flow will release the pressure of ‘having to go through the day.’ If we meditate in the morning and truly understand what is that we desire from ourselves during the day, the pressure of ‘being good enough’ will go away. We are going to be thankful for the opportunity to live, and no more. Isn’t this a great way to begin our day? Take a look at the following reasons to start your day meditating and give it a try, will you?

1. No distractions

Mornings are known for their quietness and stillness. When we wake up, the world around us seems to be so static, so motionless. It’s like we stopped time, and we are alone on our little planet. That is why meditation during this time of the day is so beneficial.

Our minds and bodies are going to respond to the stillness, and together they will create the perfect environment for our meditation. That happens neither at lunch nor in the evening. During the day, everything moves so quickly, most of the times leaving no room for us to focus on our own thoughts.

2. Choose spiritual over material

So many people believe that drinking a cup of coffee in the morning and having a good breakfast will keep them going through the day. While it might be true for some, my experience has taught me the opposite. If I do not think about myself in the morning, when will I do it? Coffee, food, TV shows… they are all just material things which lack relevance if our minds are not doing well.

For me, developing spiritually little by little every day brings me lots of benefits, while “developing materialistically” would probably keep me at the same spiritual level. As a writer at writing service, I can’t stop developing spiritually – I need to stay in “spiritual” shape for my clients, who need me all the time. Interacting with people every second of the day can be overwhelming, that is why I need to concentrate on myself in the morning. Help yourself so you can help others, right?

3. Meditation means better focus

As you already know, you will focus as much as possible on your thoughts during the sessions. This creates a very good habit for the future. While the hustle and bustle of the city doesn’t seem to be affecting us, it subconsciously makes us lose concentration and focus on our actions.

If you want to stay focused throughout your day, meditation is your best friend. Practicing it will develop new skills for you, and will teach you many interesting life coping techniques.  Just take a deep breath, and explore your mind.

4. No more useless stress

I am pretty sure I am not the only one in here stressing over life. We have so many things in our mind all the time that sometimes, the glass just becomes full. That is when we know we need to take a break, or quit our job, or just enjoy endless relaxation. Unfortunately, this is not how life works. While some of you are able to leave your offices whenever you want to, for us the best things don’t look so bright. That is why we need to find a balance in our lives in order to fully enjoy it.

Through meditating I found the balance I needed in my life, and I am very happy I chose it. Meditating each morning made me understand that stressing over different matters won’t change anything. Taking a deep breath and finding solutions will. Meditation clears your mind and opens new perspectives. It clarifies the meaning of life and defines problems as easily solvable. Don’t even get me started on how I have no more headaches thanks to this awesome practice!

5. Increasing awareness

I could spend days talking on this subject. There are just so many things out there to discover, and few humans choose to search for them. I know, it’s easier to stay in our comfort zones and relax, but how are we evolving if we are not seeking new answers? Self-awareness increases confidence, motivation, and understanding of the world itself. This makes us aware of all the decisions we take, therefore raising satisfaction.

More awareness means more consciousness about your life, and more consciousness means better decisions!

Wrapping-Up

Try to incorporate meditation into your morning routine. Wake up 10 minutes earlier than usual and start working on your spirituality. Drink a good coffee after, and think about the reasons you are doing this – aren’t they clearer now? Keeping both mentally and physically healthy is going to bring numerous advantages for you. So enjoy this wonderful and unique experience, and lose the overwhelming feeling of stress!

Magic Sparkles of Happiness: I Used To Not Love And Now I Am

Chapter 2 ~ I Used To Not Love And Now I Am Loving

“I’d far rather be happy than right any day.” – Douglas Adams

I used to not feel loved and now I am feeling so loved. I just feel, now, so loved.

I used to not feel so alive and now I am feeling so alive. I just somehow feel alive now. I used not to feel like this. And now I feel like this.

I used to think I am not blessed and now I am feeling blessed. It just happened for me. I feel blessed. I used not to feel like this. I used to feel different. Now I feel blessed. It happened to me.

I used to not love people so much. Maybe I loved a few people. And now I am feeling love for so many people. I love singers, dancers, writers of movies, people that take care of the bakery in front of my house, the ones that take care of the park near me where I love to walk, and the neighbors that keep me secure in my house because we all live, together, in a building. And all the other people, so many people that are just amazing. Now I am just used to loving people.

I used to not love my body. And now I am feeling so much love for my body.

My body is a miracle; I used to not believe this. Just that now I do feel like this. I feel love for my body. I used not to feel it. And now I feel this love. I used not to respect myself so much and now I practice self-respect. Life is so much easier if I give self-respect to me when I need it. I love self-respect.

I used to think mainly at the not so good stuff that was happening all around the world. And I felt that these pictures are making me feel like I was living in a not secure world.

And now I am thinking mainly at all the good, beautiful, fabulous, mesmerizing, breath taking stuff that is happening all around the world. I have no control over all the not so good stuff which is happening in the world. Just that now I am also thinking that I have no control over the good stuff that is happening in the world.

This good stuff is multiplying in the world without me controlling it.

No matter if I have trust in people or I don’t, in reality there are these millions of people that are committed to see beauty in the world. They surf, they throw themselves from the cliffs into the water and then climb back to do it again. They run in races, they give birth to children, they dance, they teach other people how to dance, they just do all these millions of good stuff in the world.

And I could, and maybe actually I did, dedicate my life in visualizing all this beauty on Earth. The more I picture all this beauty, all this magic abundance, I know that I will not have time in my life to, at least, think of them, not to discover them, just to have a picture of them in my mind.

Then I remember that all is abundance. Therefore time is also in abundance for everyone. So I know and feel that I will have more than enough time to picture and discover all the beauty on this paradise which we all call Earth. Because we all live forever, right?

I used to not trust myself and now I am doing it.

I trust myself. And it seems that since I trust myself, others trust me also.

I used not to smile when I was walking alone on the street and now I smile whenever I remember to. And some people passing on the street besides me smile also without thinking why, just because they had a glance of my smiling face. And I like this, to make them smile, only because they passed me by. So I try to remember and do it as often as I can.

I used to think other people consume my love and now I am happy that they feel my love.

Actually people only feel my love when I overflow with it. I used not to know this about life. I used not to know that you give, only when you overflow with something. I used not to overflow with love so often. And this is why, when I overflew love in the past, people felt my love, then the overflow stopped, so the love stopped, I did not feel it anymore and I believed that they’ve consumed my love.
And I so wanted to enjoy more of that love. Just that now I overflow daily with love, I am like a never-ending river. I am grateful for this. I know I used to not feel like this.

I used to not feel young inside my mind and now I feel so young. I know I used to feel I have an old mind; I felt it in the past even if I was less than 25 years old. I used to say that my face looks young but that I feel my mind is so old. Now I feel my mind is so young. I am happy that I will learn so many things in this life.

I used to not feel the freedom and now I feel the freedom.

I used to feel not free. I used to feel that all the people are not living freely, in their small concrete boxes all their life, in our small bedrooms. I used not to understand how they can live like this, not free.

Now I feel the freedom. Now I feel others freedom also.
There are so many free people in the world. There are so many people that freely do what they know they should do.
They follow the Love.

Now I think of all the people that are creating the life they want. And I allow them to do this, in my mind. Now I just do the same, feel free and create the life I want.
I discovered that people are allowing me to have my freedom, nobody actually tries to stop me from doing what I love and being who I love to be. Before this, I was living in illusion. I was trapped by my own perception.

I used to not have fun in what I was doing during the day and now I just have fun in my daily simple activities.

I have fun when I dress, when I walk, when I brush my hair, when I clean my teeth, when I write, when I just say doing nothing. I used to not have so much fun when I was writing and now I just have fun.

Somehow I make it fun. All these ideas come to me and make me smile. Sometimes I believe I can write forever, or I could get dressed forever, or I could brush my hair forever, or I could smile forever. Or I could look at the blue sky forever, or I could walk in the snow in quiet forever, or I could kiss someone forever. So many things that I want to do forever, and all of them are from this world.

I used to not feel good and now I just feel good.

I feel good! And I still have to sleep 7-8 hours every 16-17 hours. Just that now I feel good with this ritual of my human nature. And I still have to get dressed and go to work.

And I still have to eat three times and take other different little snacks during a day. And I still need to wash my body. And I still need to go to the toilet every day. And I still need to wash my hands every time after going to the toilet. And I still have to drink liters of water. And I am tired during the day from time to time. And I still have headaches from time to time. And I still need to buy food for my cat. And I still need to wake up in the morning. So many mornings!

Thankfulness to you and thankfulness to me also that I do all this every day. I used to not feel grateful for doing all these and now I feel grateful. Now I try to color all my doings with the colors of love and gratitude. I don’t try to do all I do, only out of love or gratitude; this is very hard.

But I try to do my daily activities, which I am already doing, with drops of love and gratitude in them. It’s like a rain of light pouring on all my doings. And somehow things changed without me directly changing them. Now I just feel good!

Magic Sparkles of Happiness: Exactly in This Moment

Chapter 1 ~ Exactly in this moment

“I felt my lungs inflate with the onrush of the scenery – air, mountains, trees, people. I thought, “This is what it is to be happy.” – Sylvia Plath

Exactly in this moment the other part of the Earth is sleeping. Millions of people are just sleeping, in this moment, in millions of beds. All of them are breathing, slowly, dreaming millions of dreams.

Exactly in this moment something fabulous is happening somewhere and I don’t know about it and cannot even picture it in my mind. I want, at least, to visualize this picture. Because I know that I will never see it for real.

Exactly in this moment tones of hair are being caressed by someone’s hand all around the world.

Exactly in this moment thousands of kids are given births by their mothers, and I will never see all these small, full of life babies.

Exactly in this moment billions of leaves stay up on trees. Billions of leaves are moving in the wind all around the world. Take a moment and picture this.

Exactly in this moment millions of hearts are just beating.

Now! Just Now! Now again! And now! And now! And now! Now! Now! Millions of them!
There are so much more than 10 hearts, so much more than 100 hearts, so much more than 1,000 hearts, and so much more than 10,000 hearts!
In this exact moment! It is so amazing! I will never see with my own eyes, in reality, all these constant beatings, all the hearts in the world beating in a certain moment in time. At least I can use my imagination to picture in my mind this process and is so majestic.
I just want to be so quiet as I can right now. Who knows, maybe when I am quiet, enough, I can hear the hearts beating.

Exactly in this moment so many kids are smiling.

They are just smiling right now. No matter what events are happening now in the world, there are these kids smiling, everywhere, who I will never see with my own eyes, but they are there, playing most probably.

I can visualize them in my mind that they are smiling and playing. And some of them are actually laughing. So many children laughing, exactly while I’m writing these words! Exactly now! They are just laughing right now! Such a nerve for them to do this in every moment when there is so much sadness and grief in the world.

Therefore in the same moment pure happiness and deep grief always exist on Earth.

My present happiness depends on what part of the world I am directing my thoughts. My focus adds energy to the pure energy, the laughs of children or the grief of adults. I choose the awareness I am focusing on. Therefore should I focus only on the laughs or only on the grief?

It would be smart to choose to focus on the awareness that in every moment both actually exist. If I am insisting on focusing too much on grief, I neglect (being ignorant) of the happiness that exist in the same moment with the grief.

Should I focus only on the happiness, ignoring grief? No, because I would never understand and own compassion. But I understand and own gracefully compassion because I see with my right eye the grief and with my left eye the happiness. I am not ignorant of either one. And I will have more chances of bringing happiness where there is grief.

Exactly in this moment so many people are breathing.

All living humans are breathing now. Exactly now, people are taking air in their lungs and getting the air outside from their lungs back into the outside world! We are breathing the same air. All of us! On Earth!
I am so grateful trying to picture all these people breathing. Maybe I imagine kids playing with their breaths because they might think it’s funny.
A kid could ask his mother: “What is this, Mom?” And he shows to the mother how he is breathing. The mother smiles and says: “It’s called breathing, and we all do this. Our lungs help us do it. You will do this all your life, remember to do it with joy, and deeply.”
Well, maybe she doesn’t say the last part or maybe it crossed her mind but didn’t say it. Like it happens to me sometime and to you certainly now, because you read this words.

Exactly in this moment thousands of apples are being eaten.

Other thousands of apples are washed exactly now so that they can be eaten in few seconds from now. Hundreds of people are baking an apple pie exactly in this moment. Can you sense the smell of all these apple pies?
Can you picture the joy of each person waiting for the apple pie to be baked? Exactly in this moment other thousands of people of different ages are eating an apple pie that has baked before. They are enjoying every bite, they are biting from it now, and again, just now, they are doing it.
You cannot stop them from eating the apple pie. You cannot stop them from being happy doing it. And again they are biting from the apple pie just now, far away in the world, in which place you and I never know.

Exactly in this moment thousands of people are sneezing.

You can take your time when you want and say “Bless you” or “Good luck” to them whenever you have a free day.
But the time of a day will not be enough. I am kidding, don’t do that. Picture it! Whenever you say you are bored and don’t know what to do, you can just take some moments to say “Bless you” to all the people that are sneezing in every moment. You will never know which ones sneezed. All you know is that they do it, somewhere in the world.

Exactly in this moment…

… millions of animals of every kind, all around the world, are stretching their bodies and yawning. Little new born animals are yawning now. Pets like dogs and cats, from different houses are stretching happy and satisfied. Do birds stretch? I don’t know, maybe we should do a research on this.

Millions of people’s faces just smile exactly in this moment for whatever reason.

They smile with different cheeks, eyes and mouth. And when you think of it, in every moment of our life there will always be at least one million people smiling in the world. And you can never stop them from doing that, and you can never know which one smiled in which moment.
When someone else in another part of the world is reading this book exactly now, and wonders who is smiling now, and you are smiling now, then you could tell to that person that you are one of the million people that are smiling now.  Just that you don’t know who is reading this book now. So you will never know who thought of you right now.

Exactly in this moment millions of people are changing their clothes; are dressing to go somewhere. Exactly in this moment a lot of people are washing their bodies all around the world.

Millions of ladies are painting their nails exactly in this moment.

And you can be confident that all the colours are being used exactly now for the nail polish. I am sure that there is no colour that is not being used by a lady, somewhere, just now, painting with it her nails.

Thousands of men are shaving their face right now, very carefully. Other thousands of men and women are spraying perfume on their bodies just now. It smells so good.

Exactly in this moment millions of people are reading.

Some are reading a newspaper, some are reading a book, some are reading an article on the Internet, and some are reading a sign pointing for direction.

Millions of people are listening to millions of sounds exactly now.

Millions of hands are robbing their eyes right now.

And also right now millions of people are watching millions of beautiful pictures. And they are smiling.

Millions of people are friendly with each other exactly in this moment. They are serving someone with something.

Exactly in this moment the warm wind is caressing millions of faces.

The world is in continuous movement.

The world changes and then re-changes again doing the same things like before. This rhythm of doing the same things all over again, in different moments of time, is changed from time to time, with new things that appear into the world. These new things, these innovations soon become old things. The life, the complexity, the joy and the abundance increases.

“The happiness of our life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.” – Marcus Aurelius (Meditations)

Homework 1:

The above chapter is an exercise which everyone can do. The exercise has the goal to increase your happy consciousness to a wider level of awareness.

Therefore, make your own personalized exercise by replacing the following magic sparkles with your own words:

EXACTLY IN THIS MOMENT *****************

Remember that these affirmations are presenting to you the reality and are meant to increase your joyful awareness, meaning to increase your ease, serenity, love, gratitude, contentment and your feeling of being positively amazed by the world in which you too are living. Therefore please choose beautiful and mesmerizing pictures for your mind.

BE confident that, someone is reading this book, just now, and that someone is definitely thinking of you. They are definitely thinking of one aspect related to you (either your smile, hair, hands…). When you smile and you think of all the people that are smiling all around the world, and when that someone smiles and thinks of all the people that are smiling all around the world, then that someone is thinking at you, just now, and you are connected in a beautiful spiritual circle, without knowing it.

“Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.” – Anne Frank

Best Foods to Boost Brain Power Focus and Memory Health

You study hard. Get enough sleep, at least for a busy college student. Also, you lay off the partying when your studies get intense. Still, you aren’t doing quite as well as you think you should. Maybe your grades are slipping just a bit. Or maybe you find yourself getting overly distracted, tired during lectures, or you just aren’t keeping pace with academic debates. It could be that writing a dissertation seems like too much to try. You may have even found yourself needing writing help.

You want to receive the best education possible. Maybe you want to maximize your learning power. The one thing you may be missing is a diet full of brain-boosting foods. Keep reading to learn more about foods you should be eating to increase your memory, focus, and recall.

Turmeric

Turmeric is Ginger’s cousin. It’s used often in Indian cuisine. It’s also the stuff that makes the mustard on your hotdog a bright yellow. There is evidence that it can prevent damage to your brain over time. There is also an indication that turmeric can improve brain function as well.

Try mixing a bit of curry powder (read the ingredient label) into tuna or egg salad. You can also use this information to justify going out for curry a little more often.

Blueberries

Blueberries are good for the brain too! In fact, a lead scientist at Tufts University says the blueberry could rightly be called the brain berry. It has been proven to help with memory and coordination.

So, what should you do with blueberries? Where should we start? Stir them into greek yogurt. Mix them into baked goods, and serve them on top as well. Freeze them and eat as cool snacks during hot weather. Make them a part of your morning smoothie. They are a great sweet/tart addition to spinach salad as well.

Walnuts

If tough tasks such as thesis writing are seeming even worse these days, your mood could be an issue. Fortunately, one of the many benefits of walnuts is that it acts as a mood booster. Since it’s always easier to study and learn when your spirits lift, try to incorporate this tasty, tree nut into your diet.

Walnuts make great snacks as they are. They also go well in baked goods and crumbled over salads. Expensive pine nuts can be replaced with walnuts in pesto. You will save money and increase your ability to write a perfect essay.

Salmon

Salmon has long been considered a brain-boosting food. This is because it contains DHA. Your brain needs this fatty acid to work correctly. It’s also a heart-healthy food. So, you have plenty of reasons to indulge.

Use canned or pouched salmon over salads, or tossed with mayo for sandwiches. Enjoy it broiled or grilled with a side of vegetables for dinner. When you go out for sushi, order a salmon roll along with your other selections. Can’t you imagine professional writers from Smart Paper Help company enjoying a salmon dinner while working on their latest manuscript?

Spinach

Spinach should already be a part of your diet. It’s inexpensive, versatile, and packed with nutrients. You can also eat a ton of it because it so low cal. It also contains folate that reduces inflammation and makes your brain function better.

Spinach has a place in soups, salads, omelets, and sandwiches. Add it to your favorite soups, and stir it into pasta sauce. It goes exceptionally well with grilled steak or salmon.

Eggs

Eggs once got a bad rap. People thought they caused potentially dangerous increases in cholesterol. Now we know better. Eggs are an inexpensive and filling choice. They have antioxidants and vitamin E. Just one can keep you full and focused all morning.

Of course, you don’t have to eat them for breakfast. Enjoy quiche for dinner, or sprinkle some hard-boiled egg over your spinach salad. Learn more about eggs’ properties in this article from Proper Good.

Sardines

If you are worried about the mercury contamination from eating too much salmon, take a look at sardines. These tiny little fish aren’t around long enough to absorb contamination. This means you can eat them without concern. They contain the same fatty acids that help your brain as larger fish but often come at a lower price.

Try sardines, on crackers or in sandwiches, if you choose the canned variety. It’s also good in salads. The fresh stuff is good grilled or sautéed. It could be a unique snack during your next thesis writing session.

Conclusion

These foods provide not only great brain benefits; they are also simply good for you. If you are struggling with college writing or keeping up in class, add these to your diet. You’ll be healthier and possibly a bit smarter as a result. Add in a handful of healthy workouts each week and you will be set.

How To Stay Positive When Writing Your Dissertation

Writing a thesis or dissertation takes a lot of hard work and dedication. If you are approaching the idea of your dissertation with a negative attitude, it is going to feel like climbing Mount Everest. Instead, you can remain positive throughout the process and enjoy what you are doing. The amount of knowledge you are going to gain through this process is priceless and no one can take that away from you.

Here are some ways to stay positive when you are trying to complete your dissertation.

Overcome your nerves

Often times you do not start your dissertation because it just seems like too big a task for you to handle. Of course this is an important part of completing your studies and you want to do well, but do not let your nerves get the better of you. You can always hire a PhD dissertation writing service, but you are trying to do this all by yourself. I take my hat off to anyone trying to do their own dissertation without the help of experts. Don’t be too hard on yourself and do something to help get your nerves under control

Start the process

There is no getting away from starting and completing your dissertation, unless you want to just quit and throw away all the hard work you’ve done so far. You are going to finish the race, but before you can get there, you have to start the process. Professional thesis writers make a career out of this, so it is not the easiest thing to accomplish, but you have it in you to do it. All your studies have prepared you for this moment, so take a deep breath and start with the first word.

Take care of your health

The most important factor in this process is yourself. If you are not taking care of yourself, you are not going to have the ability to give your best. Eat healthy foods that boost your brain power and exercise to give you stamina for those late nights. A healthy body and a healthy mind can take you a long way, but without it, you might crash and burn. Aim to get enough sleep as well. Our brain function drops on little sleep, but thrive on the right amount of sleep (which is still up for debate).

Ask for help

Just because you are a hero in my eyes if you complete your dissertation on your own, it is acceptable to reach out for help. There is nothing wrong with speaking to others who can help make this process a little easier. Finding help with thesis writing should not be that difficult either. You can speak to your professors for advice or speak to those who have already completed the process. Your dissertation tutor is obviously the first person you should speak to because you have been assigned a tutor for a reason.

Take breaks

I do not mean a minute break, but take an entire day off if you feel yourself becoming overwhelmed. If you planned properly and did not procrastinate, you should have enough time to take a day off here or there. This helps you refresh and rest, which is a great way to find new inspiration and stamina to continue. Do not stress or think about your dissertation on your day off because it defeats the purpose. Do something you have been missing out on, like relaxing with a friend or just catching up on some television. Whatever will make you happy on your day off, do that.

Believe

One of the best ways to stay positive, is to tell yourself that you are capable of doing this well. There should be no doubt in your mind that this is just too much for you to handle. Believe in yourself and in what you have learned throughout your studies. No one just reaches this point without a lot of hard work and dedication. Find your motivation and continue to remain positive. You have everything it takes to do this and you are going to do it well. I believe in you. Now, believe in yourself.

Conclusion

No one ever said that a dissertation is easy and that is because it is not. Think about the achievement you will reach after you complete your thesis and you will find the willpower to continue. Always stay inspired and motivated in you want to do well. Find out what makes you happy and do it as often as you can while completing your dissertation. You have come so far in your studies and you never gave up. Don’t give up now because the finish line is in sight. Seeing as you are not going to quit, you might as well make this a positive memory for the future.

How To Stay Positive When Writing Your Dissertation

Best 10 Ways That Will Help You Not to Procrastinate Again

Tons of articles are written about why you shouldn’t procrastinate or how to stop procrastinating. We know we shouldn’t put off things for tomorrow that can be done today.

It adds unnecessary stress to your life, increases health problems, wastes time, etc. When you realize all the different ways procrastination can hurt your life, it’s clear that you should prioritize making at least a little headway in reducing it.

Here’s a list of 10 things to tackle:

1. Become Your Own Best Friend

People who beat themselves up for putting off important tasks tend to lack self compassion. These type of procrastinators experience high levels of stress, which can do some serious damage to their health.

A 2015 study found that people who procrastinate are more vulnerable to cardiovascular disease and hypertension. When you’re kinder to yourself, you feel less stress without entangling yourself in negative emotions. When people maintain an inner sense of well-being, they are more inclined to take action even if it’s risking failure. We need to realize and accept that unrealistic expectations destroy self esteem. There’s no such thing as perfection.

2. Tend to your basic needs

This is not a news flash, because we all know we need to tend to basic life necessities that make us fully functioning human beings: exercising, eating right, drinking water, and sleeping. For procrastinators, some of these are hard to maintain on a daily basis.

The body and the brain support each other. When you treat your body right, you produce new blood vessels in the brain, making it easier for the brain to do its job.

 3. Go to the Dentist

It’s probably not a wise idea to wait until you have a toothache to go to the dentist. A root canal inevitably ensues. It’s probably one of the most dreaded tasks, but going for a checkup and teeth cleaning every six months is preventative care that is going to reduce the chance of bigger problems. Plus, not only is a root canal one of the most dreaded dental procedures, root canals cost a lot of money, anywhere from $700-$900 per tooth. Don’t forget dental insurance while you’re at it.

4. Pay off student loans

What happens if you default on your student loans and act like they don’t exist? You get into further debt which will haunt you down the line. Friends of mine had $20,000 in student loan combined when they were in their 20s. That debt increased to $90,000 before they reached 50 years old. Now, they cannot buy a house because they defaulted on their loans. They are intelligent people who made a bad decision.

Instead of spending 20 percent of your monthly budget on eating out, put that money toward paying debt, for example. Eliminating any bad financial habits will save you heartache and money in the future. Be honest about any senseless spending problems and remedy them.

5. Tell people you love them

Tomorrow is not guaranteed. End a conversation with family or friends with an “I love you.” Waiting too long, responding too late, and refusing to make a commitment are the stuff tragedies are made of. Procrastinating saying those three little words could haunt you down the road of life.

6. Go on vacation

Americans are getting better, but still aren’t great about using are their earned vacation time. When is the last time you took your kids to Disneyland or went somewhere with a group of friends? You earned that time off, take it.

7. Check off bucket list items

Along the same lines of skipping vacation is neglecting your bucket list. You’re missing out on a big, wide world out there. You only live once. Right? Jump out of an airplane, go to our beautiful national parks, take a trip to a foreign country. The sky is the limit.

8. Clean your house

Piles of laundry on the kitchen table, messy bathroom counters, and unmade beds are signs of total chaos. Sometimes there’s not enough time in the day to do daily chores, but slacking off on keeping a tidy house only makes it worse – just like everything else that you put off. Doesn’t it give you a little peace, serenity, and sense of accomplishment after scrubbing, washing and vacuuming everything in your abode?

9. Talk to a professional

Sometimes we can’t figure out stuff on our own. For some people, procrastination can be persistent and tremendously disruptive to everyday life. For these individuals, procrastination may be symptomatic of a psychological or neurological disorder, such as ADHD. You may feel a lot better about yourself if you talk to a professional third party, so don’t delay.

10. Study for tests

College students are notorious procrastinators. Psychologist William J. Knaus estimated that 90 percent of students procrastinate; 25 percent are chronic procrastinators and usually the ones who has drop out of college.

This goes for writing papers, too. After realizing how super stressful it is to write a paper four hours before it’s due, you vow to break the cycle of procrastination for good. Oops, I did it again!

In the words of motivational speaker Jim Rohn, “There are two types of pain you will go through in life: the pain of discipline and the pain of regret. Discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tonnes.”

Awesome 6 Positive Quotes To Start Your Day And Be Happy

Low motivation is expressed in several ways. Maybe you never feel like getting out of bed, no matter what exciting things you have planned. Or maybe you just don’t feel like making plans anymore. Watch out! Giving in to the ease of sleeping in or staying at home all day will set you on a dangerous path.

Below are a few motivating and positive quotes / words you should look at first thing in the morning. This List Of 6 Positive Quotes just might help you to set the mood for the day.

1. “What We Do Today Is What Matters Most”—Buddha

It can be easy to dwell on the past, with all its mistakes and frustrations. However, yesterday is not an excuse for messing up today. It’s what you do now that will matter further on.

2. Persevere!

Sometimes, just having this word etched out in bold, bright colors can uplift your mood. A student studying for exams could very well get his ambitious juices flowing when he sees this emblazoned across his walls. You can paint it directly on your wall, or simply hang it up in as large and bold a font as you can manage.

3. “A Bend In The Road Is Not The End Of The Road…Unless You Fail To Make The Turn.” ― Helen Keller

Helen Keller is a beacon of light for all those who feel they are at a disadvantage. There simply cannot be a much bigger disadvantage than not being able to see or hear. This quote of hers makes one realize that we should not mistake a problem as the end of the world.

It’s not going to be a problem unless and until we make it so. If we utilize the ‘bend’ in the road by learning from our mistakes, we can safely move on with our journey.

4. “Be Patient With Yourself. Self-Growth Is Tender; It’s Holy Ground. There’s No Greater Investment.” — Stephen Covey

Stephen Covey is one of the most influential and known self-help writers today. His advice is thus an injection of passivity that could motivate you no matter how early it is.

If one thinks about it, it is just as important to be kind to yourself as it is to treat other people well. In fact, staying positive and motivated is just the same as taking care of yourself. Looking at your persona growth process as sacred is quite a motivating thought, which can spur you on to achieve your fullest potential.

Additionally, this quote would hopefully inspire a person to look upon each obstacle in their day as an investment in themselves, rather than a hassle.

5. “The Difference Between Ordinary And Extraordinary Is That Little Extra.” –Jimmy Johnson

Very often, we dream of doing more with our lives than the usual humdrum routine. At times, however, it may be difficult to go on. Some days, you may feel like you’re hitting your head against a wall. This quote just may change your mental outlook on things. Giving a little extra is, after all, what would spur you on to success in our chosen field. In case you want to break away and do your own thing, the need for that extra still remains.

6. “People Often Say That Motivation Doesn’t Last. Well, Neither Does Bathing — That’s Why We Recommend It Daily.” — Zig Ziglar

We eat, and then we feel hungry. So we make sure to eat at least three times a day. It’s not such a big deal then if we run out of motivation even a few times a week.

A little bit of humor goes a long way. Whenever you feel like complaining in the morning, reading this quote can bring a satisfied smile to your face. And then hopefully make your day a little brighter. We’ve all felt like all the motivation in the world is not enough for us, but one should realize that everything is finite anyway.

Wrapping Up…

Those who don’t motivate themselves when needed can sometimes fall into depression. At the very least, achieving their goals become a difficult and troublesome task, instead of the beautiful journey it should be.

Reading some positive words first thing every day can hopefully wake you up even more than your coffee. Here’s hoping the quotes’ above work out for you!

Best Real Tips About How to Persevere With Your Goal

“Sometimes the goal may seem arduous.  Sometimes the goal may even seem impossible.  Sometimes the goal may be criticized by an observer.  The goal may seem arduous, impossible, or criticized by an observer, so one must interface with the goal with a healthy abundance of perseverance.”

One can completely engulf themselves with the goal.  They can know in every fiber in their body that they can, and will, achieve it.  Many times, a goal is given up on too early and thrown away just before completion because of lack of faith.  When you couple faith and perseverance you can find the secret ingredient to not give up on a goal.  Goals that may be long term or years away, are more easily abandoned, which is unfortunate because a human being is capable of anything (within the laws of physics).  One should become acquainted with the understanding that they can do anything they focus their mind on.

It is my belief that perseverance is a beautiful thing indeed.  It is required when striving toward the goal despite hardship.  It can make hardship seem almost required in getting to the goal.  Becoming one with the road to achievement will make one more efficiently interface with the difficulties and understand that they are inevitable.  Getting to the long-term goal is much more appreciated after encountering much hardship along the way.  Giving up on the dream, or the goal, is a lie.  A lie by selling themselves short and denying that they are deserving of everything that their heart desires.  They may find a constant whisper in the ear to stop moving forward because it is too physically and/or emotionally taxing.  The goal is a goal because it is a challenge which requires perseverance.  There is nothing without perseverance, only stagnation, which will motivate others to get what they want in life as well.

Now, I implore you to take action and strive for your deepest and most rewarding achievements.  If all it takes is fighting through hardship and difficult times to receive a great deal of satisfaction, wouldn’t you do it?  Always remember, you will only have one chance at life and you are blessed in having the choice to get exactly what you want. All it takes is a decision to embark on your journey.  You can clearly define your goal to make your actions along the way more focused towards it.  You can write down exactly what you will get, where you will get it and when you will get it.  Create reminders of your goal throughout each day by reading aloud a description of your goal after waking up and again right before you go to sleep.  Surround yourself with people who are like-minded and will help you achieve your goal.  Being around positive people can help you persevere.  Often times these people, who have a positive inclination, are on a journey of their own and their attitude can influence you to strive for yours.  Let them know your goal and how much it means to you.  Search for reasons in every environment you find yourself to continue on towards it.  You may find meaningful reason in reading pieces of literature that are positive and that you find inspirational and/or motivational.

Sometimes the goal may seem arduous.  Sometimes the goal may even seem impossible.  Sometimes the goal may be criticized by an observer.  The goal may seem arduous, impossible, or criticized by an observer, so one must interface with the goal with a healthy abundance of perseverance.
