15 Words You Should Think Daily to Be Happy

1. Gratitude

This word has an immense power and it can literally change people’s lives. Prosperity is attracted by gratitude. Acknowledge, praise and appreciate what you see. Occupy your mind with thoughts that express gratitude and your life will flourish above your wildest dreams. Appreciate things you like but appreciate also the things that you don’t like. When you appreciate the things you don’t like, you clear the dust around the hidden blessings. All other positive emotions grow only from the field of gratitude. This is why Cicero said: “Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues but the parent of all others"

How can you practice gratitude in the simplest way? In the evening, when you are in bed, before falling asleep, recall in your mind some things or events from the past day, that made you glad and brought you joy. In the morning, start your day by giving thanks to every object that you use in your house. If you want to practice gratitude even more than keep a journal with things you are grateful for in your life. You can write sentences beginning with: “I am sincerely grateful for”, “I am so happy with”, “Thank you for”.

2. Beauty

This word keeps you beautiful inside and out. The energy of this word will shine from you, giving you a magic glow, making you look beautiful also on the outside, no matter how you look. When you embody beauty and you really feel inside that you are beautiful, people will look at you see that you are beautiful, even if you might not have perfect features.

It guides your eyes to focus on beautiful things. When you look in the mirror, use this word and feel how much you actually treasure your body. Don’t you know? You are beautiful. For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone” – Audrey Hepburn

3. Forgiveness

Forgiveness makes you feel light in the present, it clears heaviness. Forgiveness is essential especially for elder women because this is the way they let go so that they live in the present in warm emotions. Don’t you know? You are already forgiven by God for everything that you did, do or will do. You are only waiting for self-forgiveness. “Forgiveness liberates the soul, it removes fear. That’s why it is such a powerful weapon.” – Nelson Mandela

4. Happiness

Let all others create the life they want, you focus on your happiness. When you are happy you shine a light onto others, onto life. It always starts with you this light. You feel it first internal and then you pour onto external. Only when you overflow with the happiness you can pretend that you actually share and give happiness to others. “Happiness is a state of mind. It’s just according to the way you look at things” – Walt Disney

6. Health

Thinking and talking about your good health is the best way to have a healthy body. Feeling grateful for your health heals yourself of anything. “The body is the temple of the soul" – Dr. Oz

7. Amazing

Every day, you could think at any moment that something amazing is happening somewhere in the world and be right about it. You are amazing just the way you are. Your smile is the most amazing thing that exists in the world. “You’re even more amazing than you wish you were” – Colin Wright

8. Solution

If the problem exists then the solution exists also. Know you have a choice. Direct your mind to see the solution, rather dwell on the problem. By focusing on finding solutions you learn and grow. Searching the solution would be to ask yourself what do you want, after knowing what you don’t want. “When the solution is simple, God is answering” – Albert Einstein

5. Love

At the base of everything is love. This love will eventually shine at the surface. Everything is love. Only the different way that loves shines sometimes confuse us. “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection" – Gautama Buddha

9. Acceptance

The attitude and feeling of acceptance make you calm, free and at peace. Let it go. You don’t need to resolve everything or to have an answer for everything. Get relief. You deserve it. “Acceptance is not love. You love a person because he or she has lovable traits, but you accept everybody just because they’re alive and human.” – Albert Ellis

10. Blessed

Bless yourself every day and bless everything around you every day. Also, bless life as it seems to be at present. “I bless you with pure love and light. I bless you with purified source energy" – Christie Marie Sheldon (Love or Above)

11. Interesting

Thinking that something is interesting keeps negative judgment away from you. Putting this word first in your mind after you hear something gives you the chance to connect with people, not only to communicate with them. Before judging if you like or you don’t like something, think it is rather interesting. It is a door opener with other people. “If you want to be interesting, be interested” – David Ogilvy

12. Funny

Feel good, have more fun and less struggle. Every day make sure you enjoy funny moments. “People always ask me: ‘Were you funny as a child?’ Well, no, I was an accountant.” – Ellen DeGeneres

13. Hope

Have faith. Hope! Everything is actually unfolding perfectly. Eventually, things work out. “Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness” – Desmond Tutu

14. Yes

Yes is a powerful word. Yes keeps you open. Yes keeps you larger, more expanded, helps you sustain more energy, therefore, more abundance. Never finish a negative thought, affirm positive thoughts immediately. We all know that it’s amazing to say YES to a thing that you know you want. Say YES before getting the thing that you desire and you will very soon have it. “When you say yes, the universe helps you” – Dan Brule

15. Kindness

Kindness is part of our fundamental human nature. Is connected with contentment and compassion. When I was a kid my mother was giving me things only if I would say “please” in a kind and loving way. She thought me right. The word “please” itself opens doors for you, but when you feel kindness when you say it magic happens. “My philosophy is simple, it is kindness" – Dalai Lama IVX
